Pet-Friendly 2BR Home|Near Sanford

This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath duplex 1 block from Sanford. Attached to the west of this unit is a 1 bedroom 1 bath that is also avaIlable for rent. Partially fenced in back yard. Centrally located in Sioux Falls.

HOUSE RULES:

-Guest must report problems/complaints to host immediately, and provide time-stamped video/photo evidence if requested.
-Please dump trash in trash bin provided outside.
-Dump all food from fridge and cupboards. Please wash all dirty dishes and put away. If left on drying rack clean, this is ok. Extremely dirty home condition will be subject to an extra $100 cleaning fee.
-No smoking of ANY KIND indoors!
-Message host for pet approval. Pet fee of $50/stay and max of 2 pets (Dog only). If you need to leave your pet behind, we do ask for you to put them in a kennel, unattended. Clean up after your pets, indoors and outdoors.
-Only the guest that booked the reservation is allowed to check in.
-We allow early check in and late check out when and if we can accommodate with cleaners. This would be a $50 fee for an early check in or if you need a late check out, this would be a $50 fee as well. Thanks for respecting our cleaners time.

Ideal location

This cute house is in the perfect location, the parking situation was a bit difficult to figure out due to this house being a duplex. This house was the absolute perfect spot for our quick weekend in Sioux Falls

Regional Cross Country race day to watch grandson.

Close to race, restaurants and stores easy to get to. House clean and ready for our stay. It was nice to have a garage too. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Great communication with owners.

Nice little house

Property was clean and quiet. We were there for a swim meet at Midco and it was the perfect location to walk back and forth between sessions. Lots of restaurants and stores within a ten minute drive. We did have to ask for the lockbox code the day of check in but the owner responded quickly. They had a few snacks and bottled water for our use which was a nice touch. It had everything we needed for our stay. Having a clothes dryer to help dry our swimmers wet towels was convenient too. Wi-Fi connection was really good. King sized bed was firm but comfortable. Would definitely stay again if we are in Sioux Falls in the future.

Nice close place to all of Sioux Falls attractions.

Nice clean home. Everything we wanted to do was within 1-6 miles away. We were out there for a concert at the Denny Sanford Stadium. Once we left the stadium and got to our car, it was less than 10 minutes even dealing with traffic back to the home. It is a busy street but we found the area to be very quiet.

Convenient and good hosts

Central location, responsive hosts. House is on busy road so backing out of driveway a bit interesting at times; backyard photos slightly misleading because not accessible except by walking around entire house. Firm king and med-firm queen. Older home with fe updates but perfectly adequate for a quick stay and location is ideal for exploring the city.
