Great Villa

Really nice modern villa, very well equipped for everything you could need. Location was good too. Only negative was the villa wasn’t cleaned once in 10 days and pool only cleaned once in 10 days.

Amazing Villa

Stayed in several villas in Lanzarote and this one is by far the best. Pool area is amazing and interior is beautiful and modern. Three fantastic bedrooms all en suite and upstairs bedrooms have own balconies overlooking the pool and very large shared one on the other side. Cannot rate this villa highly enough and will definitely be going back.

The villa was fabulous with everything you would need. The location we know very well with lots of local shops within walking distance, but only thing it was missing was a shopping trolley which we purchased and left at the villa. The property manager Kathy was excellent even booking us a taxi for our last day to the airport. Would no hesitation in booking this villa again.

Perfect in all respects

As previous reviews have commented, the villa is at least as good as it looks in the photos. It has enough space inside and out that it soaked up six of us comprising two families easily and without in any way feeling crowded. Well located on the edge of the developed area for a relatively short walk (downhill) into town and equally short (but uphill) walk home. Supermarkets very close. The owners were very responsive and accommodating to a couple of changes to our booking (number of people and dates) and the local property managers first rate in dealing with a minor issue whilst we were there. In summary - highly recommended!

Fantastic luxury villa

Absolutely fabulous villa. Even more impressive in the flesh! Equipped with everything you need. Furnished to an luxury standard and really spacious inside and out. The pool is a great size much bigger than you normally find so great for having fun but swimming in too. I particularly liked the depth of the pool - my 10 year old wasn’t out of his depth until about half way which although he can swim meant that he could play games in the water safely. Although we had a car it wasn’t necessary as the villa is close to all the amenities one needs. Louise and Tony who manage the property we’re really helpful. We had an absolutely wonderful holiday and thoroughly recommend this villa. You’ll love it.

Dear Emma, thank you so much for this wonderfull and kind review. It is very beneficial to hear, that you liked the pool. It was a very thoughtful decision to build the pool-depth and -length as perfect and possible for playing and swimming. We are very pleased to have such a great and caring team on Lanzarote to maintain our house. We wanted to make your stay as comfortable as possible and we are glad to hear that you had an amazing time. We hope to see you and your family again. Sincerely Ute and Hartmut Duis

Lanzarote 2023

The villa is fabulous with lots of space for a large family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the villa was well equipped. The only issue we had and the only negative is the pool was a constant problem our entire stay and the water became extremely green and algae on the bottom. The pool cleaner could not rectify the issue despite the large amount of chemicals used to attempt to resolve. It was very disappointing and the pool was not appealing and hardly used in our 10 days and we could not use it at all the last 4 days.

Dear Ben, we are very sorry about the situation with the pool. We get a new painting in May and we will install a salt-chlorinator with an automatic regulator fpr the p.h. Hopefully its better than. If you want to rebook at any time i will give you 4 days for free. We hope thats o for you. My best Hartmut

We have stayed in quite a few villas in both Puerto del Carmen and playa Blanca and this villas is definitely the most modern, clean, well kept villa we have stayed in! The rooms are spacious each with an en-suite and the open plan living kitchen dining is perfect for families. The outside area was perfect, 2 lovely sitting areas with comfortable sofas and chairs. I would definitely book this villa again and highly recommend.

Tolle Haus!

Das Haus ist wirklich toll, 6 von 5 Sternen. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Da fehlt nichts. Sogar ein zweiter, großer Kühlschrank ist vorhanden. Alles sehr sauber, kein Ungeziefer.

Traumhafter Urlaub in traumhaftem Haus

Amazing!

When you see a property online you think that the pictures are the best it can possibly look. Think again. The property is even better than the pictures. 5* for everything.....I would give it more if I could. I can't think of a single bad thing about this place. An absolutely faultless villa.

Great property but with a few issues.

The villa was amazing, welcome pack fab. We found it not the cleanest of properties, but still had the wow factor. We had a few issues - one security. At 4:20 am we had an attempted burglary. They managed to get into the downstairs bedroom, but the couple work up and husband chased him away. We spoke with Louise who was Great but promised extra inside locks for the doors, due to runners being the wrong way around. This didn't happen before we left ( incident Monday Morning) and we had to chase Louise due to feeling unsafe, she was chasing locksmiths so hopefully this will be added to doors for the next holiday makers. We had issues trying to order take away with little resturants knowing our postcode. One restaurant we had, we needed to use house no 8, just to get the delivery and wait outside. The taxi company Louise gave us, didn't recognise our address so would put us on hold and hang up. Do not regret our stay- but wrong time, wrong place.

Een heerlijke villa om te verblijven met alle benodigdheden die je maar bedenken kan. Vlakbij het centrum maar toch de rust. Verder uitstekende communicatie met de eigenaren. Een echte aanrader.

The whole Villa was beautifully laid out, the amenities were first class, the location was good and the welcome pack was just amazing. There was only one downside and I accept that this is a personal thing, I found the settee difficult to get comfortable on which made relaxing in the evening difficult. But everything else was perfect. We were there two weeks and during that time we had a visit from the Villa handling company to make sure everything was OK, people came mid-way through our stay to change the bedding and towels and take away the rubbish and a man came each week to clean the pool. I would strongly recommend this Villa although I would strongly advise a car if, like us, you are unable to walk far.

Beautiful new modern house , lots of shops and bars in walking distance, close enough to the main strip to walk but a little bit away for some peace and quiet. Plenty of help on hand from Louise if you need any assistance, Pool plenty warm and we were there in January. It was all fantastic

Traumurlaub im Traumhaus

Das Haus entsprach all unseren Erwartungen.
