Sleeps 10. 5 Bedrooms 5 bathrooms luxury villa in exclusive area with totally screened large private garden, terrace and 12m x 5m heated pool. 5 minute walk from shops, restaurants and amenities. 7 minutes walk to fabulous expanses of Roche blue flag beaches. There are countless golf courses of varying difficulty within 20 miles. Full air conditioning, totally equipped kitchen, outside BBQ on the terrace and satellite TV.

Peaceful Location, 7 min walk to fantastic Roche beach: The villa is in a peaceful avenue, and just a 5 minute walk from shops, tennis courts, restaurants, children’s playground and church. 7 minute walk to fabulous expanses of blue flag beaches. The large garden offers both sun and shade and is completely safe for children to play in as the pool is fenced in. The villa offers many facilities nearby. We are less than 3 miles from the nearest golf course and there are more a little further on. We are within easy driving distance of go-karting, horse riding, sailing and water sports. We are in the heart of real Spanish Andalucia and as a result there are many 'ferias' throughout the year - colourful festivals where locals dress in flamenco style, eat, dance and show off their horses. If these spectacles are not enough there are often fun fairs for the children too. Great restaurants are in abundance, we particularly like 2, which are next to each other, which are actually on a nearby beach. White Moorish hilltop villages are close too.

Perfect home for larger group

We spent a family vacation here and it was the perfect temporary home for our purposes. Lots of space, five bathrooms and a pool, that kept the young ones happy. Equipped with everything you need and even a little more. Nice, quiet neighborhood, only a short trip (10 min. walk) to the beach. Very friendly contact, uncomplicated check-in and -out.

Great house and location

We had a lovely stay at this house. The house is exactly as listed, though it is bigger than it looks in the photos. The beach (long and sandy) is a short walk away (about 10mins) and was perfect for our children. The village centre is also close by - with a playpark, shops and cafes. This is somewhere we can see we will come back to.

Wonderful Family Villa

Despite being exceptionally unlucky with the weather, (pretty much a whole week of rain!) we had a relaxing holiday. The villa is perfect for large families, lots of space and a lovely outside pool area. Nicole was really informative and very quickly resolved the issue we had with hot water. Would highly recommend the villa for a family holiday. 😊

Another wonderful stay!

Perfect villa for a family holiday. Very comfortable, plenty of room, fantastic pool, only 10 minutes walk from beach and sea swims, TV with all channels, BBQ. Great Carrefour supermarket, wonderful pasteleria and panaderia in El Colorado. Manolo’s Emporium and the great butcher next door for brilliant steaks, lamb and iberico chops on road down to Roche. Great restaurants nearby, Chiringuito Roche on the beach, Club Nautico on Conil Harbour, Los Pinos, Restaurant on Fontanilla Beach, Mar y Monte, El Campero (Tuna in Barbate) Quintos Pinos in Roche for coffee and a beer. El Caserio for unbelievable pizzas. Thank you so much, Michele and Nicole. Remind me - why are we going home??? See you next year, hopefully.

Buena estancia

En general ha sido una buena experiencia. El chalet es muy amplio, luminoso, cómodo, muy limpio. Las camas cómodas. Los WC nuevos. El jardín bien cuidado y la piscina perfecta. La urbanización tranquila y bien cuidada. La playa a 15 min de paseo fácil, tb se llega en coche. Pequeñas tiendas cerca. Comunicación solo en inglés con la propiedad, aunque su administradora Nikole habla perfecto español. Vecino intolerante

Buena la casa y las instalaciones. Muy tranquila la zona. Buena playa.

La casa es amplia y bien provista de todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia. Está un poco mas distante de la playa de lo que nos esperábamos, pero se tarda tan sólo unos 10 minutos en llegar a pie, lo que no es mayor inconveniente. Un problemilla es el escaso alcance del WiFi, que tan sólo llega al salón de la TV y poco más, pero nulo a los dormitorios o a la piscina. Deberían pensar en solucionar esto, porque los niños , como se sabe, necesitan estar conectados más que el comer.

Wonderful happy holiday

We had an amazing time at this villa in Roche. So close to the beach and park area. We had a wonderful time chilling round the pool and strolling round the very quiet roads. Beach is unspoilt and perfect for a long walk. Everyone very friendly and it was good opportunity to practice our Spanish. Nicole very helpful before and during the holiday. Highly recommend.

Vacaciones perfectas.

Acabamos de pasar unos días increíbles en Roche en la casa de Michelle. Todo ha sido perfecto. Nicole, la persona encargada de gestionar la llegada y asistirnos durante nuestra estancia, es encantadora y nos ha ayudado en todo momento. La casa estaba en perfectas condiciones, con un montón de mobiliario, todo lo necesario en la cocina, juegos, etc. El estado de la casa era muy bueno y todo estaba muy cuidado y limpio. Las 5 habitaciones tienen sus 5 baños y son todas muy buenas. Éramos 7 amigos con nuestros bebés y nos hicieron la cuna, nos dejaron fruta y nos han cuidado un montón. El jardín estaba muy cuidado también y la zona del porche es una pasada. La piscina muy grande y calentita. La ubicación perfecta, íbamos a la playa con nuestros bebés a diario y no se tarda nada. Muy tranquilo. Queremos agradecer de parte de todo el grupo al personal de limpieza, a Nicole y a Michelle. GRACIAS

Buenísima experiencia

La casa está fenomenal, las fotos del anuncio no le hacen justicia. Hemos sido un Grupo de varios matrimonios con niños, y lo hemos pasado estupendamente. Hay muchos detalles que hacen que la casa, para un grupo como el nuestro, sea una elección muy acertada: valla en la piscina, 2 salones y uno apartado con la televisión, mucho espacio al aire libre, cuartos bastante amplios que permiten, al menos, meter una cuna. El trato con la persona que se encarga de la gestión en el terreno, Nicole, ha sido muy pero muy bueno, con comunicación constante y una atención fenomenal. No se puede pedir mejor trato o eficiencia en la gestión de los temas de la casa.

Nos ha parecido un sitio especial, la piscina, la terraza, la gran cocina tan bien equipada, la cercanía del mar, a destacar el trato con Nicole que ha sido muy cercano y eficiente. Seguramente volveremos.

Gran casa reformada y bonita decoración

La casa es muy espaciosa, confortable y bien decorada. El jardín y la piscina muy bien cuidados también. Mi familia y yo (11 personas) hemos pasado 12 días fantásticos en esta casa con grandes espacios y numerosas zonas comunes. La bonita cocina está muy bien equipada con toda clase de electrodomésticos. Los cinco baños ( uno por cada habitación) están reformados con sanitarios de calidad. Las habitaciones tienen buen tamaño con armarios y aire acondicionado. Por las mañanas íbamos a la playa, unos 10 min a pie, y por las tardes unos veían la televisión en uno de los salones, otros dormían la siesta en las tumbonas de la piscina bajo los pinos y los más activos jugaban al ping pong en otra zona del jardín. La casa está situada en una zona muy tranquila y segura. Hemos estado muy bien cuidados por Nicole y si volviéramos a Roche seguro que elegiríamos esta casa otra vez. The house is very spacious, comfortable and well decorated. The garden and pool are very well kept as well. My family and I (11 people) have spent 12 fantastic days in this house with large spaces and many common areas. The beautiful kitchen is very well equipped with all kinds of appliances. The five bathrooms (one for each room) are renovated with quality toilets and showers. The bedrooms are good sized with wardrobes and air conditioning. In the mornings we would go to the beach, about 10 minutes on foot, and in the afternoons some would watch television in one of the lounges, others would take a nap on the pool loungers under the pines and the most active played ping pong in another area of ​​the garden. The house is located in a very quiet and safe area. We have been very well looked after by Nicole and if we returned to Roche we would surely choose this house again.

Buena estancia

Es una casa espaciosa y muy cómoda para ir con amigos ya que cada habitación tiene su propio baño (excepto una). Su ubicación es buena y tiene variado y suficiente menaje para un grupo grande de personas. Entre los contras, solo ponen un juego de sabanas y toallas y el mobiliario necesita algún cambio. Hay dos habitaciones de matrimonio, una de ellas muy espaciosa, pero la otra es muy pequeña y el baño no esta en suite, creo que podrían transformar alguna de las habitaciones que tienen de dos camas en una de matrimonio. En general es una buena casa.

Perfekt für Familien und Freunde auch in größeren Gruppen.

Super gepflegtes und schönes Haus mit schönem großen beheizten und für die kleinsten wichtig, separat umzäunten Pool. Sitzgelegenheiten für große Gruppen drinnen und draußen auch mit Überdachung. Schöne gemauerte Grillstelle die wir ausgiebig genossen haben. Volle Ausstattung. massenweise Sielzeug, jede Menge Küchenutensilien u.s.w. Einfach alles da. Sehr netter Empfang durch liebe und hilfsbereite österreichische Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort. Kurzer Fußweg, ca. 5min, zum schönen Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeit für alles nötige fußläufig im Ort, größerer Markt mit Frischfisch u.s.w. in ca. 5km. Für unseren Familienurlaub mit 12 Personen aus 3 Generationen war es einfach perfekt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Das Haus ist sehr sauber, schön und top eingerichtet. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts und der Pool gleicht der Größe eines Schwimmbads. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen, liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und kann mit gutem Gewissen gebucht werden

Absolut Empfehlenswert

Wir haben die Villa für die ganze Familie gemietet und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Es ist alles da was man braucht und in einem super Zustand. Außenanlagen top gepflegt, Pool und Liegemöglichkeiten perfekt. 9 Gehminuten zum Strand i.O.. Alles in allem gibt es nichts zu Bemängeln, auch der Check-in und das Check-Out absolut flexibel und total unkompliziert. Kann es wirklich nur empfehlen!
