Comfortable and nicely furnished dog friendly home. Great to have a fenced in yard for our pup and the communication with the host was spot on! Thank you!

This place was perfect for my wife and I to explore the area. Great wineries, restaurants, small towns and rich history to discover. We enjoyed our stay and Nate was hospitable and quick to respond to any questions.
This little house was the perfect place for the two of us to stay while visiting the Finger Lakes region. It is only a short drive away from the top of Lake Seneca and close to Seneca Falls. Very cute cottage feel and comfortable bed Nate was very attentive and communicated all details needed. We would definitely stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay at Nathaniel's little house. It was clean and neat. Easy to get in and out. Good location for our purposes. Close to Geneva with lots of restaurant choices was a plus too. Nathaniel was very responsive to questions.
This place is exactly as advertised. The cottage is spotless, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There was even coffee, sugar and assorted creamers, which was a nice touch. Nate was communicative and easygoing. We will definitely be back.
The fenced in part of the yard was perfect for our small dog. House was clean and communication with the owner was excellent. Close to Geneva and Seneca Lake Park.
Great location! Clean, comfortable, relaxing! Not tech savvy (in regards to tv) reached out to the owner and immediately he assisted. Would definitely recommend

We had an amazing stay at this property! It had everything we could ask for! It was extremely clean and very well stocked. Nathaniel even gave us coffee pods and creamer, toilet paper and hand soap. The fenced in yard was great for our two dogs and Nathaniel thought of everything because he even had dog bowls there in case we forgot ours. We didn’t end up needing them, but it was nice to know that it was there in case we did need it. This was a perfect spot to stay at the top of Seneca Lake while we visited the finger, lakes wineries in the area and beautiful beautiful Seneca Lake Park. We wish we had a little more time to spend there! But next time…. Nathaniel was the perfect host and was right on top of any questions we had. We can’t wait to visit again! Definitely recommend!
The house was very clean and cozy. The host welcomed us. He actually called on the phone. He asked us if we had any questions. There was quite a bit of extras ex: coffee, creamer, milk. He messaged me to tell us he needed to cut the grass so we actually got to meet him. Let’s just say he is very personable and welcoming. I definitely will stay here again.

Disappointing
This house and outdoor furniture was not well-maintained. It needed a deep clean and replacement of deck furniture and some living room furniture. Bathroom needed updating.
We only stayed one night on our travels but it was a very comfortable and clean spot to rest. I appreciated having a fenced-in area for our dog to stretch and relax off-leash. There was a notebook full of good information about the house, places to eat, and things to do in the area. I found him extremely responsive to my questions. If traveling through Geneva again I would certainly stay there.
Our stay was wonderful. You can tell the owners put a lot into making their home a friendly place for people going to wineries in the area! The host was kind and helpful, and the house was perfectly located between Geneva and Zugibe Vineyards! I would definitely stay here again :)
