Very large apartment with great terrace, huge kitchen

Our beautiful apartment is located in Minden, district Stemmer. It is set in a quiet environment, with direct views of the surrounding horse pasture. A shopping market is 500 meters away and even a 5 minute walk. In the city Minden you can reach by car in about 7 minutes, with bike in 20 minutes.

The apartment is very spacious, has about 120sqm, with a bedroom, a huge living room, a giant top modern kitchen, a bathroom with bodëdle shower, underfloor heating in all rooms (except floorboard).

The shower can also be used with a wheelchair, see pictures.

The living room has a large TV, with satellite program.

All rooms have darkening elements, some electrically operated venetian blinds.

There is also a huge garden which you can use for your own convenience.

For families with children, the use of the large garden is expressly permitted - here you will find a trampoline and a sandpit (4 x 4 meters!)

For families with small children, we can provide a travel cot or a cot (depending on availability)

You can reach the apartment via its own entrance, and free parking is available directly in front of the entrance. The apartment is on the ground floor, you can reach the house without stairs.

Dogs are allowed in the accommodation, insofar as these are clean. We ask for consideration and consultation with the other guests. We also point out that the dog droppings must be removed.

The bedroom has two single beds, each about 90 x 200cm, which can be pushed together or apart. In the living room there is a large sofa, which can also be used as a sleeping sofa.
In the hall you have a sleeping sofa 180 x 200cm.
