Come & stay in this roomy condominium located at the OAKS AT WASATCH.
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! You will be set for skiing in either Big Cottonwood Canyon-BRIGHTON & SOLITUDE RESORTS just 17 minutes away or Little Cottonwood Canyon-ALTA & SNOWBIRD RESORTS just 22 minutes away with Park City and Deer Valley just 35 minutes away.

This unique unit has a full apartment on the lower level making it ideal for two families or 3-4 couples. Enjoy almost 2400 sq. ft. of pure comfort as you park in the 2-car garage and come directly into your home away from home.

The MAIN FLOOR has a great room with fireplace, entertainment center with TV (Apple TV), VCR/DVD player, CD player, & a drawer full of movies) as well as a beautiful sectional for relaxing after a day of skiing. The kitchen and dining room along with a half bath are also on the main floor with the deck right off the dining room including a fabulous gas grill.

The UPPER LEVEL has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Bedroom one has a king bed, bedroom two and three have queen beds.

The LOWER LEVEL has one bedroom with a queen bed and an adjacent full bathroom. There are 2 sets of bunkbeds in a common area. It also has a full kitchen.

Everything you need is nearby: ski bus stop is directly in front of the condominium complex. Grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, & entertainment are all within a mile.

You won't want to leave after making this condo your home while spending your vacation time here in Utah!

Holiday Ski Trip

This property was prefect for skiing all 4 mountains (Brighton, Solitude, Snowbird and Alta). Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our large group. And a easy walk to catch the bus for Snowbird and Alta and a very short drive to catch the bus to Brighton and Solitude.

Great Location! Great Snow!

3559 Wasatch Grove - the property was clean. The beds are very comfortable. The units kitchen could use a little updating and a recliner in the living room would be nice. The only issue we had was with the downstairs shower. The temperature control is very touchy. It goes from cool to scalding hot in about a millimeter. Overall it's a great location and it served our purposes well. We would certainly stay here again.

Daddy/Daughter Ski Days

Plenty of room for dad and has 4 adult daughters. Perfect location between both Cottonwood Canyons. Bedrooms were a nice size. Not extra fancy, but everything worked and it had everything we needed. I phoned Karen about early check-in when we were at the airport, and the place was ready for us.

Great Place and Location for skiing

This townhouse exceeded our expectations. The layout is great for a large group...plenty of room to spread out. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs and another bedroom, bath and bunkbeds in the large, finished basement....there's also a kitchenette down there. The bedrooms are a bit chilly but there are Dyson space heaters and plenty of extra blankets. The location was convenient to all of the ski areas. It took us about 25-30 to get to Snowbird/Alta and probably 45 mins to get to Park City. The ski bus picks up right outside the community but we found the times to be a bit confusing so chose to drive instead. The Porcupine Restaurant is a mile down the road for good eats. Karen, the owner, was easy to communicate with and allowed us early access which we really appreciated. We're considering another round of Utah fun next season and will stay here again. Thanks Karen!

Family Ski Vacation

The property is as described: very spacious and well maintained. It has enough room for a large family or two families. It is also near shopping centers as well as ski resorts. Karen, our contact person, was very helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely consider it again the next time we come back to the area. Thank you, Karen.

I wanted to be able to ski on the 'Greatest Snow on Earth' and this location is perfect.

What makes this property unique

This property is great for 3 or 4 couples and I liked the fact that all 3 baths are full bathrooms, allowing greater privacy. I'm equally happy hosting a group of friends or my family.
