Good Location, Comfortable Apartment

We enjoyed staying at this property, except for the shower is "very small." They also have some issues with toilet that you cannot put toilet paper in toilet. Host was very responsive and helpful. Overall, I would recommend this property. There are two metro lines very close by that makes it convenient to get around Milan.

Honestly i don't recomend. They need to fix the apto. Shower head is broke, toilet doesn't have flush system, air conditon is very poor, wifi sometimes works sometimes doesn't work, need to be more clean in general old kitchen utilities. Etc.

Das Beste an der Wohnung ist die Lage. Mit 4 Personen ist die Wohnung nur eingeschränkt nutzbar, da die Schlafcouch nicht wirklich gut ist. Desweiteren ist die Nutzung der Dusche unmöglich, da hier nur die Auswahl zwischen kochend heissem, oder klirrend kaltem Wasser möglich ist. Der in der Beschreibung erwähnte Parkplatz ist nicht vorhanden. Bis auf einige wenige öffentliche Parkplätze sind alle gebührenpflichtig. Hier sind 2 Euro pro Stunde zu zahlen. Die Heizung ist nicht regelbar.

Belle déco. Néanmoins la douche était soit trop chaude soit glacée ce qui n’était pas agréable. La chasse d’eau ne fonctionnais pas bien.

Très bon accueil du propriétaire pour un appartement bien situé à proximité du métro et d'une supérette. Logement spacieux, bien aménagé mais avec une air conditionnée bruyante mais indispensable. Wifi au top.

Métro et petits commerces proches. Gare centrale à deux stations de métro. Appartement très correct. Cependant situé à un angle de rues très passantes (double vitrage atténue le bruit de la circulation). Douche à revoir : quasiment pas de pression pour se laver, eau soit trop chaude soit trop froide.

Très bon accueil. Très bel appartement où il ne manque rien. Propre et agréable. Métro pas loin. TV avec Netflix et Prime c'est bien quand on le parle pas italien. Moins bien : les rideaux et tringles pas pratiques. Beaucoup de passage de voitures.

Week-end agréable et pratique

L’appartement est agréable, spacieux et très joliment meublé. Situé à quelques pas de la station de métro Zara, et de rues avec bars et restaurants, cet appartement est parfait si l’on souhaite laisser la voiture et visiter à pied. Je le recommande. Seul petit bémol, comme indiqué dans le descriptif, il se trouve au dessus d’un carrefour. Un peu bruyant certes mais c’est aussi ça le charme à l’italienne :-)

Bien situé, bonne location

Bel appartement, bien situé au niveau du métro (station Zara, ligne jaune, 6 arrêts pour le Dôme et 2 pour la gare centrale), mais sur un rond-point à fort trafic. Mais les fenêtres sont de bonne qualité... La literie est moyenne, les ustensiles de cuisine peu nombreux, la douche petite et le pommeau à moitié entartré mériterait d'être remplacé. L'appartement est bien meublé, style asiatique. L'air conditionné est efficace. De très beaux livres d'art sont à disposition. Attention, si l'annonce parle d'un ascenseur, il y a une dizaine de marches avant de pouvoir y accéder.
