Comfortable

Accommodation very comfortable, nice location, plenty of restaurants etc walking distance though nicer ones a bus ride away in Alcudia old town or further. No support from Interhome when questions came up, though nothing critical for us. Bring strong mosquito spray for the evenings if you are susceptible.

Great location, villa not perfect

This is a good villa in a great location. It is located c200 metres from a lovely beach, and approx 10-15 minutes walk from lots of restaurants, shops and bars. The villa has a good pool in a garden with a mix of sunbathing and shaded areas. The inside of the villa is modern. However, there are a couple of downsides. First, the plates, cups and cutlery were dirty in the cupboards when we arrived. Second, the number of plates, cups, towels etc were minimal, e.g. no beach towels or bath mats

Prima huis, heeft alleen wat aandacht nodig

Mooi modern huis dat wat updates nodig heeft, zoals nieuwe vaatwasser (hier zaten de spoelarmen totaal vol met vuil), koelkast werkte niet naar behoren te warm. Werd opgelost met een zeer aftandse koelkast die kapot en zo smerig was dat we deze niet hebben gebruikt. Ook schoonmaak algemeen mag beter. Zwembad had een groene rand die we zelf ook hebben schoonmaakt.

Pool nicht benutzt, da Wasser schmutzig weil Pumpe defekt? Balkongeländer (Glaselemente) locker ...! Bei Ankunft Rolladen im Einbettzimmer nicht zu öffnen, leider erst (3Nächte) 2Tage später Reparatur. Tag und Nacht Hundegebell in der Nachbarschaft! Persönliche Übergabe Ihrerseits wäre zu überdenken und von großem Vorteil, so wären vielleicht die Probleme direkt zu lösen gewesen. Schade…. Denn ansonsten ist es ein sehr, sehr schönes Haus!!!!!

Très belle maison de vacances

Très belle maison de vacances récente et bien équipé, propre, en très bon état avec une climatisation performante. Jardin ni trop grand ni trop petit, à 200m d'une très belle plage à l'eau cristalline. Par contre, il ne faut pas une piscine plus petite. Le seul reproche que j'ai à faire, c'est qu'il manque quelques élément de cuisne( plus de verre, une plaque de cuisson au four, plus de poele, ...).

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung

Bisher haben wir Urlaub immer im Hotel verbracht. In dieser einmalig schönen Ferienwohnung haben wir uns rundherum wohlgefühlt: Die sehr ruhige Lage mit Wasser (See nach hinten, Flüßchen zur Seite) und ein super langer, paradiesischer Strand auf 1 min Laufabstand, Port Alcudia mit tollen Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe und eine sehr gepflegte Inneneinrichtung sowie ein hübscher kleiner Garten - genau wie auf den Fotos.

Sehr gute Lage, ideal auch ohne Auto

Als Familie mit vier Kindern war das Haus eine ideale Unterkunft. Bushaltestelle mit direkten Verbindungen nach Alcudia und Palma in der Nähe, deshalb haben wir auf ein Mietauto verzichtet. Strand sehr schön, Pool etwas schmutzig, aber sonst alles sehr sauber und modern, aber spartanisch eingerichtet.

Schöne Wohnung mit Blick auf See

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit Blick auf einen See und den Sonnenuntergang vom Balkon aus. Sauber, guter Zustand, schöner Pool (toll für Kids), war ausreichend für 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Tolle Lage zwischen See und Sandstrand, bis zum Stadtzentrum Alcudia allerdings zu Fuss ca. 40 Minuten am Strand entlang.

Tolles Ferien(reihen)haus

Sehr gut angelegtes und ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Schöner Garten mit kleinem Pool und toller Blick vom Balkon. Der Pool ist durch seine geringe Tiefe auch für Kleinkinder geeignet. Die Nähe zum tollen Sandstrand und auch zu den Einkaufs- und Essmöglichkeiten macht dieses Ferienhaus noch interessanter.

Gute Lage und schönes Haus

Das Haus befindet sich in Strandnähe (1xMal Strasse überqueren) mit Blick auf den See. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet (Waschmaschine, Trockner, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler). Aber die Utensilien (Tabs, .) sind selbst zu besorgen - ebenso Seifen, Klopapierrollen. Rasen=Kunstrasen; Reinigung nicht 100% Pool:Am Beginn trüb und nicht gesäubert. Auch unter der Woche einmal "grün geworden". Zirkulation nicht ausreichend. Unterstützung/Reaktion von Interhome vor Ort AUSGEZEICHNET - sofortige Hilfe

Super schöne ruhige Anlage

Es hat gut geklappt ( nächtliche Schlüsselabholung) wir haben ein sehr sauberes Haus vorgefunden mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten, reichlich Stühle für 6 Personen. Eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Der XXX( Supermarkt) ist in 3 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir hatte eine sehr schöne Woche. Danke dafür und gerne wieder...
