This quiet and very well maintained holiday home in Alcudia / Bon Aire offers
for a relaxing holiday for two or with the whole family.
The house has two double bedrooms and a bedroom with
two single beds. You can comfortably accommodate six people in this house
Spend your holidays. One bedroom has a shower room ensuite and for the two
other room is a spacious shower room available. The cozy living room has a spacious dining area. From the living room you go to the large terrace and a smaller garden area. The kitchen is fully equipped.
It is a holiday home in a wonderful area in the north of Mallorca - simply wonderful for a relaxing holiday.

All you need in this home.Good place if you want to go to Alcudia (city and beach), Pollença and Formentor.There is also 2 beaches with clear water no far from home and hiking trails.

Very good holidays, in a very cosy , well equipped and easy house, in a quiet , residential environnent. This location gives the opportunity to discover a very beautiful part of Mallorca, but a car is needed for any move into the island or to the beach.

The house was spacious and well located near the town of Alcudia and small local beaches. You need a car to get there.The house and garden was comfortable in a quiet location on a hill. It only had airconditioning in 2 bedrooms and the home would benefit from airconditioning in the 3rd bedroom, the living room and the small kitchen which gets too hot if you want to cook there. The outside garden with the terrace was extremely nice. We (a family of 6) enjoyed our time there.

Peaceful paradise in a beautiful corner of Mallorca

Comfortable, really well equipped, clean and safe with outside space and equipment of the highest quality. Just a short drive to a beautiful quiet coastline dotted with both sandy and rocky swim spots, a gorgeous port and 4 decent restaurants all within a short drive of the house. In the wider area you have all the action you could want in Alcudia and Pollenca as well as easy access to Playa Formentor which is definitely one of the best beaches on the whole island. Would highly recommend this property and the owner Gabriele was so responsive and helpful too. Don't think twice about this one. Just book it..

Ideal for discovering Mallorca's northern side

Lovely vacation home with well equipped kitchen, spacious and still cozy. Very welcoming host! Beautiful calm and green surroundings, which can be enjoyed from the garden or roof terrace. Ca. 15min walk downhill to the Sea. Dogs are welcome. An ideal place to discover Mallorca's northern part, and good starting point for all kinds of outdoor activities, for those who like to cook at home and enjoy a calmer location and dinner at their own terrace. It's recommendable to have a rental car or bike, or some means of transportation if you want to get around. We would definitely come back!

Acludia - Mal Pas Bonaire

Very pleasant stay close to Alcudia, in Mal Pas Bonaire. Gabriele is a very pleasant, friendly and humorous host. Her house is located high up in a very quiet area), with a beautiful view of the Pollença golf. It's well-equipped, well-appointed and warm atmopshere: you feel right well immediately! the garden is particularly pleasant, with several different spots. Of course, the surprise is the roof terrace, which, in addition to the sea view, makes for great nights out: shooting stars, and even starlink we were able to observe. In short, a relaxing family vacation. Beaches approx. 1 km away. Nice hikes to the Talaia d'Alcúdia summit (Alt 450m, approx. 2h one way), and the wild beach of Coll de Baix are possible from the house for the more sporty. The north of the island is easily accessible: Pollença, Plage de formentor, Sa Calobra, ..., but Soller, Valdemossa, Deia are not so far (1h drive). Enjoy ...

Wunderschönes Haus und super liebe Gastgeberin! Man kann direkt vom Haus aus Wanderungen in die Berge nebenan unternehmen oder ein paar Autominuten entfernt andere Berge, Buchten und Orte erkunden. In dem Haus fehlt es an nichts und es ist super gemütlich eingerichtet. Weiteres Highlight war der tolle Garten - und die Dachterrasse mit Meerblick! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :)

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Haus. Das Haus selbst ist nicht nur toll eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht. Es war sehr sauber. Einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Auch der Garten ist richtig klasse. All die Pflanzen, die kleinen Ecken hier und da, die verschiedenen Sitz- und Liegenöglichkeitem, dee Ausblick zum Wasser und der tägliche Sonnenuntergang auf der Dachterrasse.Hinzu kommt die Ruhe, hier kann man einfach nur entspannen.Zum Meer sind es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß, auch mal 20, je nachdem wo man hin möchte. Es gibt diverse Möglichkeiten. Auch zum Wandern.Supermärkte, die Altstadt, Restaurants, Apotheke, all das war mit dem Auto 5 bis 10 Minuten entfernt.Auch der Service war erstklassig. Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zur Abreise.Wer einen Urlaub machen möchte, bei dem es einen an nichts fehlt, ist hier genau richtig.

Ein Traum

Ich bin sehr gern und häufig auf Mallorca und durfte schon so einige Unterkünfte kennenlernen. Dieses Häuschen in Bonaire hat meine Erwartungen völlig übertroffen. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer ist großartig. Ein Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche (die übrigens hervorragend ist), das zweite Bad liegt zwischen den beiden anderen Schlafräumen. Alle Zimmer sind mit Heizkörpern ausgestattet (sehr selten auf Mallorca und zur Winterzeit ein echtes Geschenk). Das Wohnzimmer mit der Essecke ist geräumig und richtig gemütlich. In jeder Ecke gibt es eine Lampe, sodass man das Licht anpassen kann. Die Küche ist mit allem bestückt. Es hat uns insgesamt an nichts, wirklich gar nichts gefehlt.Der Garten ist hübsch gemacht, die Dachterrasse ein Traum.Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend mit vielen Katzen. Man kann direkt ab der Haustür Richtung Meer spazieren oder aber die Berge erkunden.Der Kontakt mit Gabriele und Vincent war durchweg überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können diese Unterkunft von ganzem Herzen empfehlen.

Super Aufenthalt, Super Gastgeberin

Das Haus ist sauber, nett und gemütlich mit bequemen Betten.Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, um ein leckeres Essen zuzubereiten.Der Garten mit der Veranda und mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten ist schön angelegt und lädt zum Verweilen im Freien ein.Die Dachterrasse bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer und die Berge.Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einer schönen Umgebung.Das Meer ist fußläufig erreichbar (ca. 10-15 Minuten).Um die meisten schönen Küstenabschnitte zu erkunden und ausgiebige Einkäufe zu erledigen, benötig man allerdings ein Auto.Die Gastgeberin, Gabriele, ist eine überaus nette, freundliche und hilfsbereite Person. Wir haben sie wirklich ins Herz geschlossen.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Amazing Stay

Ganz herzlichen Dank für den fantastischen Aufenthalt und den herzlichen Empfang und Gastfreundlichkeit! Das Haus ist einfach wundervoll eingerichtet- man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause und das Highlight ist der tolle Garten mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten, der Dachterasse von der man das Meer und am Abend den tolle Sternenhimmel geniessen kann. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet mit allem was man brauchen kann. Für uns immer ganz wichtig : bequeme Betten und wir haben himmlisch geschlafen. Küche hat alles was man sich nur wünschen kann, Aircon und Mosquitonetze an den Schlafzimmerfestern, super Wasserdruck gutes Wifi und ein liebevoll eingerichtes Wohn- und Esszimmer. Super tolle Gastgeberin ! Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder und hoffe es ist schon bald.

Erholung pur in Bonaire

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte. Durch die Lage im Villenviertel hatten wir nachts absolute Ruhe, so dass wir wirklich entspannt nach Hause kamen. Vielen Dank nochmal an Frau Dahl, die uns wertvolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben hat.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von einer hilfsbereiten und jederzeit erreichbaren Gastgeberin empfangen und bei Bedarf betreut. Das Haus besticht durch Supersauberkeit, gute Einrichtung, sehr schöne, äußerst ruhige Lage mit einem grünen Garten mit verschiedenen Sitzecken und einer Dachterrasse mit einem tollen Blick auf Palmen und das Meer. Was will man mehr?!?!!!

Gemütliches Ferienhaus in ruhigem Villenviertel

Wir haben die Weihnachtsferien in diesem liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist ideal, um direkt von Haus aus loszuwandern und die wunderschöne Natur im Norden Mallorcas zu genießen. Wir konnten uns richtig gut erholen. Frau Dahl hat uns sehr herzlich betreut und war stets erreichbar. Das Ferienhaus können wir, auch im Winter, auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Schönes Haus mit schönem Garten

Ein wunderschönes kleines Häuschen, perfekt ausgestattet und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles da, was man braucht und vor allem alles blitzsauber. Man sieht, dass die Eigentümerin sich sehr liebevoll um das Haus kümmert. Highlight ist der Garten, wunderschön angelegt mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und vor allem einer schönen Couch mit vielen Kissen wo man tagsüber und vor allem abends sehr schön sitzen kann. Die Gastgeberin sehr nett und entspannt. Für uns, 2 Personen, war der Aufenthalt in dem wunderschönen Häuschen perfekt.
