The newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen has a beautiful Quartz Countertop, with all appliances and amenities for all your cooking needs!

The living room has new leather furniture and wall mounted flat screen TV.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and bunk beds with beautiful direct ocean views, walk-in closet, 40' TV and a private en suite bathroom with glass shower stall and separate powder room.

The guest bedroom has 1 king size bed with dresser and closet, and 40" wall mounted TV.

The guest bathroom is recently renovated with walk in shower, toilet and vanity.

Nicely renovated condo. Great views! Very clean.Did not quite understand having to pick up a key and return a key when there was a touchpad lock on the door. I think beach towels made available would be a wonderful addition. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome experience, our family had a blast here. We come to Florida shores every year, this was our first time at this property and loved it. The property manager and owners were lovely people. We liked it so much we extended our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at condo 207. It was perfectly furnished and also had a lot of kitchen equipment. For us, as a family with two young kids, it was perfect as it is directly on the beach and with a heated pool in front of it.

The condo was clean and well furnished. Great location with John's Pass in easy walking distance. Wonderful sunset views from the balcony. Great communication with the owner. The area was still recovering from the hurricanes so there were expected repairs to the area around the building occurring while we were there. The pool was not yet repaired and the owner made us aware prior to our stay. There were beach chairs available for our use, which was important given the lack of a pool. I'd highly recommend this property.

Thanksgiving Get Away

We spent 10 days at this condo and enjoyed it immensely. We arrived to find a clean well stocked kitchen and comfy home away from home. The weather wasn’t the best but the views and amenities made up for it. We would rate this a five star from the moment we booked to checking out, owner Dave extremely helpful and the management company whom we got the keys from were top notch. Great to still see outstanding customer service, way to go. If you are even considering renting this unit do it quick before we book our next trip 😀

We have never been to Madeira Beach before but this is our new home away from home!!! The condo was wonderful! Perfect location to the pool/beach and elevators. We enjoyed the balcony every evening watching the ocean after coming back from wonderful dinners at all the locals restaurants. The condo had everything we needed and then some!! The location was perfect to go to John's Pass and evening ice cream runs! LOL!! Beds where very comfy! Kitchen well stocked with everything we needed for breakfast and lunch. There were plenty of beach supplies in the closest.. All the neighbors were so friendly!! Hoping to be going back in August and will try to rent from this home owner again!

Perfect Location and Updated!!

We were so happy with the location of the condo which was a short walk to John’s Pass that includes shopping, entertainment, and restaurants! The unit is right on the beach so it was so nice to look at the ocean all day long. We loved that the owner updated everything and it was very clean when we arrived. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and a starter supply of toilet paper, trash bag, and dishwasher pods. (You’ll need to purchase more of these items to last you the week.) The complex did have laundry available with the use of a credit card. The only thing we wished they had were a supply of beach towels and updated beach chairs. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and would recommend this condo for families and hope to revisit in the future!!

Girls get-away!!

2nd time to rent this property this summer!! We love the location of the unit to the stairway, pool, and beach access! Also, the location of the condo is great for getting to John's Pass or even a trip up to visit Clearwater! The unit is very clean and comfortable. Love the view from the balcony!!! Only thing, the pillows could all stand to be replaced. The majority of them are flat! Also, I'm sure it is a condo thing, but hate having to enter the code to get onto the beach and back up, all the time, when trying to carry things to and from the beach. Since there is public beach access right next door, not necessarily going to keep anyone from coming onto the property, if not renting there. Totally agree with the codes to get into the building!!! But over-all excellent clean property and all the guests are so nice and friendly to chat with!!! Looking forward to returning again.

Disappointed with the management service. Called to ask the location of the washer and dryer and they said “we don’t know”. Then called the management service to obtain a day pkg pass for our guests son who travelled 2 hours to spend the day with us on the beach and they said they could NOT give us a day pkg pass and was rude. It was off season and there were 10-15 empty parking spaces during that time. Elevator was a major issue. Hot tub and pool need cleaned. Condo was clean and very nice. We liked the condo and the furniture. Would recommend a mattress change in the back bedroom king bed as it’s seen better days. It sinks in on both sides of the mattress.

Best Vacation ever!!

The property was great as usual. We stayed at the sea breeze before but the condo this time was fabulous. There’s a king size bed in the master bed room, another king in the spare and a bunk bed where the bottom bunk is a full. It was me, my wife and two daughters (8 and 12 years old). Everyone had plenty of room and slept so good every night. Ryan the maintenance guy was friendly and tentative. He was constantly picking up and blowing the sand away from the walkways and pool deck. Also loved the rooms proximity to the elevator. We came to the sea breeze knowing the only downside is the slow elevator but the second floor room adjacent to the stairs was perfect. We never even used the elevator. I can’t say enough about this room and the property. The beach is amazing. Make sure to catch up with Tim on the beach and rent some chairs when you arrive. It made for easier, quick trips to the beach knowing we had a couple of spots under a shady umbrella waiting for us whenever we wanted. The beach is awesome and sunsets are beautiful. Stop reading this review and book it before it fills up.

Even more amazing than the pictures

This condo has been one of the best places I have stayed to date. The unit was clean from top to bottom which is always a great first impression. The views from the balcony were spectacular and allowed for unobstructed sunset pictures. The primary bedroom was very spacious and the on-suite bathroom had a wonderful walk-in shower. The second bedroom also had ample space and easy access to the full bathroom right outside the door. The kitchen was much larger than we expected and had lots of counter space for food prep. The kitchen overall is well stocked and ready for you to prepare a nice meal after enjoying a day at the beach or by the pool. The furniture in the living room is very comfortable and perfectly placed so that you can enjoy the view from the chairs or the sofa. There is a large dining table that seats six people. Just be careful not to put a paper plate with anything warm on it down on the table as it could make it stick to the table. There is a dishwasher there, so I highly recommend taking advantage of their plates. Although there is no laundry in the unit itself, it is just a quick trip up the stairs or elevator. They offer newer washing machines and dryers. We loved that you had to use your debit or credit card instead of having to lug around change. So bring your detergent and dryer sheets and you will be all set. I have so much more I could say, but I will end with this. We had an amazing week and can't wait to rent the unit again.

Hoosiers on Vacation

We stayed at this great location condo during Christmas 2011. Our son/daughter in law and 2 little ones (6 & 3) joined us for the last sunny 4 day's. Being on the 2nd floor, we never had to deal with the crowded elevator issues(although there were probably none during the week we were there...pretty light crowd!) but, it it were a busier time of the year...the stairs are right out the front door and go directly down to parking and pool area/beach are an easy trip...even for Grandma and Grandpa! This was a big deal to our kids...they loved being able to run up and down the stairs and not have to fool around with the elevator. The Condominium itself is great. The kitchen is very large and very well equiped...really liked the extra counter space and small table and chairs in kitchen corner. We used the pool side gas grills a few evenings. The dining room table is large and can easily accommodate six adults. Our kids/grandkids stayed in the large Master bedroom...the 2 Queen size beds and recenly updated large bathroom/shower were perfect for their family of 4. They also had a beautiful view of the gulf. We were happy with the 2nd bedroom which has a King bed . We did have an issue with the air conditioner unit one day. The management company dealt with it quickly and it was resoved by day end. The heated pool and hot tub were wonderful. Dave and Arlene have pool/beach toys that we made great use of. The beach...if you have vacationed in this part of the gulf you already know how beautiful the beaches are....this condo overlooks the beach and the sunsets were amazing from our balcony. We traveled to John's Pass almost daily for ice cream at House of Sweets and take in some of the local shops/restaurants...Johns Pass is about 2-3 block away. Suggestions: The living area furniture is very outdated/uncomfortable and needs replacing. The TV is old and the picture is not good. The carpet??? Having said that...we had and awesome time in Madeira Beach and in your home. Thank you and we hope to be back next year. Please consider some living area updates!

Great stay at the beach!

My husband, me, and our 2 boys visited last week for April school vacation and had a wonderful time! The condo was as described- Clean and updated. The beds comfortable. The location was perfect and the view looking at the gulf is unrivaled! Walking distance to John's Pass where there are all kinds of restaurants and shops. Weather was beautiful, and the beach and pool were as well. The outside common areas at the condo complex were well maintained and kept clean. Only thing we wished was that the unit offered beach towels so we didn't have to use our luggage space bringing our own, but not a big deal. The bath and hand towels provided were plenty for the 4 of us for the week. Property owner and management were great to work with and accomodating. Would definitely return!

Fun vacation!

Loved the condo! Perfect for a girls getaway. Beds were super comfy! Location was great close enough to walk to eat and entertainment . View from the balcony was awesome. Was nice surprise to find beach chairs and a cooler in closet. Beach was never over crowded. Having a pool and hot tub was great also. Would highly recommend this place.

Winter Vacation

The condo was even more than advertised. It was spacious, clean, and the updates are fantastic. The master bedroom has an awesome view of the ocean and direct access to the balcony. The gulf view from the living room and balcony are awesome. The pool is nice size and the hot tub was perfect for the cool winter evenings. I will absolutely look into staying here again and would highly recommend the condo to anyone.
