Ein wunderschöner Blick auf den Lago Maggiore, die Ferienwohnung ist groß und war sehr sauber, die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte reibungslos.Allerdings ist die Wohnung ausgesprochen steril und ungemütlich - kein Bild an der Wand, die Putzutensilien notdürftig hinter einem Paravent versteckt, keine Griffe an Schranktüren und Schubladen, die Stühle am Esstisch wie auf dem Balkon extrem unbequem, das Sofa ebenso. Mit wenig Aufwand könnte man diese Ferienwohnung deutlich aufwerten. Aber der schöne Ausblick wiegt die Mängel weitgehend auf …

Die Villa liegt in einem eigens abgesperrten Bereich mit Parkplatz und hervorragender Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore .Jedoch ist die Innenausstattung sehr minimalistisch, ist sauber aber ohne Charme, steril und einfarbig.

Wohnung Nr. 6 ist groß, war sauber, alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Herd ist relativ klein, war aber kein Problem. Genügend Besteck ist auch da. Der TV ist sehr klein, aber man kann ja auch auf dem Notebook Serien etc. schauen. Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden direkt neben dem Haus. Pool und Liegen sind direkt in der Anlage und war alles super. Um zum Bäcker oder Supermarkt zu kommen, muss man entweder länger laufen oder kurz mit dem Auto fahren. Dafür ist die Aussicht vom Balkon super! Check-In war unkompliziert in Baveno, allerdings musste man den Preis Kurtaxe in bar übergeben. Klar ist es kein Luxus-Appartment, aber dennoch sehr empfehlenswert, die teilweise schlechten Google-Bewertungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist super.

Villa bei Baveno

das Objekt mit Pool, Parkplatz und Garten ist sehr schön, der Ausblick ist phantastisch. Die Wohnung mit Terrasse und Balkon ist gut geschnitten und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.Alles was nicht vorhanden war, wurde auf Nachfrage beim Gastgeber, weitergeleitet und vorbeigebracht. Leider gab es keine Bedienungsanleitung zum Fernseher, nach mehren Versuchen lief er, leider funktionierte die Fernbedienung nicht, so dass man den Fernseher über den Receiver bedienen musste. Ansonsten funktionierte alles. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und würden wiederkommen.

Très agréable.

Vue superbe. Annonce absolument conforme. Difficultés lors de notre arrivée, pas compris qu'il fallait se rendre à l'agence récupérer les accès. (Communication en anglais, agent très sympathique néanmoins. ) Aucun état des lieux ni à l'entrée ni à la sortie. Parasol manquant, réclamé et livré le jour même. Rien à redire.
