The Art Nouveau Villa "Villa Anna Isole Borromee" from 1908 is located about 1.9 km above Baveno and the beautiful lakeside promenade and the ship berth. Many excursion destinations can be reached with the passenger ferry. The train station of Baveno is just 2 km away. By train, B. the heart of Milan in about an hour. It is also a privileged and quiet panoramic position with a breathtaking view of the lake, the Borromean Islands and the surrounding mountains. During the careful restoration of the listed Art Nouveau villa, the structure of the old façade was preserved or restored. The result: a stylish villa with modern comfort, but the charm of the original facade with beautiful paintings. In the year 2017 the attractive 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-room apartments were last renovated and new, the style of the villa according to taste furnished. All pantry kitchens have dishwasher, 2-plate induction cooker and microwave. In addition, most apartments of the main house are characterized by a wonderful private outdoor area with terrace and garden or Balcony with gigantic lake, island and alpine views. On the same site is next to the Jugendstilvilla an 8-family house (apartments No. 21 to No. 24). All apartments are tastefully furnished and the well-equipped kitchenettes have a dishwasher, microwave, etc. In addition, most apartments are characterized by a beautiful private outdoor area with garden or Balcony and lake, island and alpine views. All apartments also have free Wi-Fi internet access and a communal outdoor area consisting of a sun terrace ("solarium") and a garden of approx. 1 000 m². Here is also the beautiful pool (about 10 m x 7 m, weather permitting opened from approx. Mid May to approx. End of September) with garden shower, sunbeds and umbrellas. Children also enjoy the small children's playground. A washing machine is available for a fee for general use. The apartments in the main house can be reached either via the stairwell or also comfortably by the elevator. You can park your car inside the property on two different parking lots. 2-room apartment No. 23 on the ground floor of the Dépendance with about 60 m² living space, up to 4 persons: living / dining room with pull-out sofa bed for 2 persons, satellite TV and exit to the balcony Well equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, oven, 4-plate stove and microwave Bedroom with double bed (single mattresses) and exit to the balcony Friendly bathroom with shower, bidet and window Approx. 12 m², partly covered balcony with view of the lake and the surrounding mountains Ca. 1 000 m² large communal garden with a 10 m x 7 m pool, sun terrace, large lawn and panoramic views of the lake, the Borromean Islands and the surrounding mountains

Bel appartement, bien équipé ,rien ne manque pour notre confort. Il est très propre, bonne literie.La vue est tout simplement magnifique , et quel plaisir de prendre les repas sur le balcon en profitant de ce paysage sublime..Il est bien situé, et permet de visiter les îles Borromées et de rayonner autour du lac Majeur.

Tolle unterkünft

Die wohnung wurde komplett frisch renoviert was nicht in die Beschreibung stand. Alles was mann brauchte und mehr war vorhanden. Den pool teilt mann mit anderen gästen aber es war nie überfüllt. Ich konnte nichts bemängeln und haben ein tollen Aufenthalt gehabt.

Séjour très agréable

Notre semaine a été dès plus agréable. Le soleil était bien présent. La location est fidèle aux photos avec une vue imprenable sur le lac Majeur. Location que je recommande.
