Entire Bear Den (cozy cabin) close to Glacier

Bear Den (cabin) is located in Essex, MT halfway between East and West Glacier. It's a great place to rest and fuel up for your adventures either in the park or in the Great Bear Wilderness.
Absolutely no pets.
There are hiking maps available too.
The cabin has everything you need for your stay, we do provide towels, shampoo, conditioner. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances.
The outside pictures will be posted in spring.
Please note there is no cell service from West Glacier to East Glacier and most of the park too.

Just as it’s advertised this is a cozy bear cabin perfect for a solo or couples trip to Glacier national park. It’s located away from the crowds in a nice, quiet neighborhood.

lovely property! great location, value, and very spacious. because of the layout (the bathroom connects the bedroom to the primary kitchen/living area), would recommend it to a couple or friends who are very comfortable with one another.

This was a small, very clean, cozy place. I loved the Bear Theme decorations! The bed was comfy, the hostess was wonderful & Glacier Park was magnificent!! I’d come back 100%! Thnx!

This was our first Vrbo experience, and it was a great stay! The price was VERY reasonable for the location, and its distance (or lack thereof) to both West (30m) and East Glacier (1.5hr). Host was great and it came with bear spray which we thankfully didn’t need:)

We loved this tiny cabin. It was Cozy, clean and had a comfortable bed. There were plenty of board games and a shuffleboard table which was a nice surprise. It was about 25-30 minutes from West Glacier and at least 1.5 hours from East. It is close to Goat Lick overlook which was nice and convenient. The shower in the cabin has great pressure and hot water but very tiny and the soap /shampoo dispenser placement is oddly located making it very awkward to shower. I am a small individual and it was like performing an acrobat routine to shave. However, we would stay here again.

We fell in love with this place. Location was perfect for getting to the west or east entrances to the park. Loved the way it was decorated and the furnishings were comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and comfy bed. We had an amazing visit.

Cute cabin!

Easy access to the West and East entrances was perfect! Cabin was as described, a little older but comfortable and quaint! Would definitely recommend and loved the bear motif!!
