Two-floor quad-cottages at The Cove at Sylvan Beach offer four two-bedroom units, giving renters the option to select just one for their getaway or to bring a group and rent multiple units for a spacious stay. Each two-bedroom, two-bath unit is thoughtfully designed with an open-concept living and dining area, a full-sized kitchen complete with all the essential appliances, an in-unit washer and dryer, as well as your own gas grill and fire pit.

Each unit includes a master bedroom with king-sized bed and en suite. The second bedroom includes two full XL beds and an adjacent full-size bathroom. You’ll also find surprising extras, including your own pontoon boat for the length of your stay, as well as exclusive access to a heated pool. Sylvan Beach Supply Co. at The Cove is your outfitter for water activity rentals like water bikes, kayaks and other water sports. Guests can enjoy strolling along the property’s walking paths with a hand-dipped ice cream cone or enjoy dining on the dockside boardwalk wrapping the entire water’s edge. This idyllic getaway is Sylvan Beach’s premier vacation rental destination.

“This place is absolutely beautiful… From morning ‘til night, whether it was taking the pontoon boats out on the lake, renting water bikes and paddle boards, swimming in the pool, or just sitting on the deck of Sylvan Beach Supply Co. eating ice cream and watching the boats go by, there was never a dull moment. The kids really enjoyed playing in the playground. Sitting around a campfire making s'mores was the perfect way to end the night for all ages. Great spot!

We had a great visit to the Cove. Staff was friendly and helpful; area was clean and beautiful and we just had the best time! Great amenities to make you feel very relaxed! We will definitely be back!!

Had a great time with our boys (ages 3&5). They loved the pool/playground and going out in the pontoon boat. And we felt very secure like we were staying at a private resort.

Summer Lake Getaway

Our stay at the Cove was enjoyable. Our accommodations were not as expected from the pictures (blue house near the canal). We were placed in another property towards the middle of the development. The kitchen is not well appointed for cooking so we had to buy some pans and dish soap. The bathroom floors were not well cleaned - hair and dirt but we had access to a vacuum to clean it up. The beds are layered with a sheet and a blanket in the closet - we recommend bringing another blanket or cover for the beds for the cooler nights. Otherwise, the space was perfect for our family with a nice open layout for relaxing. Another point of caution would be that we were in a bottom floor dwelling - which is nice to not have the stairs but you are subject to noises above you. Not much sleep later in the week due to the upstairs tenants loud footsteps and bathroom use. The staff working in the supply store were wonderful and patient. The boat rental was a great addition to our stay. We do hope to come back again - but will request a cottage so as not to have loud neighbors above us.
