This beautiful and spatious apartment is located in central Istra, in the village of Bašići, halfway between Poreč and Pazin.
Porec is a famous tourist destination where you can enjoy concerts, festivals and good beaches.
In Pazin you will find everything you need for your stay in Istria - ATMs, supermarkets, markets, restaurants and many cultural facilities.
The apartment can accomodate up to 10 persons in 5 bedrooms each with private bathroom, for maximum comfort and privacy. The apartment has a big dining/lounge area and outdoor terrace with a view all the way to the sea.
The outdoor kitchen and pool area offers everything you need for a perfect holiday - a large dining table to accomodate 10 people, a functional kitchen, fireplace, separate seating area, and toilete with a shower, as well as deckchairs and parasols.
The 60 sqm wet-edge swimming pool is surrounded by vineyards and trees and has a massage system.
