Our holiday home with pool and whirlpool as well as magical sea view is located on a hillside in the local area Nacinovici. The terraced hillside plot offers a magnificent view of the Gulf of Kvarner and the island of Cres. From the beautiful veranda you can enjoy a unique panoramic view out over the Mediterranean Sea. The reflecting lights of the Kvarner bay at night remain unforgettable. A unique treat: enjoy a full-bodied glass of wine and a panoramic view of Rijeka in a nightly bath in the Jaccuzzi Jacuzzi, an unforgettable experience!

On the terrace with fantastic sea view above the Jaccuzzi, the connoisseurs and grill friends can enjoy a rustic outdoor grill with seating area.

Relax in the outdoor wellness area directly at the private pool. Of course, corresponding loungers are available for this purpose. From the pool you have a magical view of the sea.

The holiday villa with pool is luxurious and tastefully decorated. The total living area with approx. 187m² gives you sufficient space for 6 + 2 persons.
The interior of the house offers each guest the opportunity to relax individually. The amenities include a comfortable outdoor swimming pool with sunbathing area, an outdoor hot tub and a terrace with sitting area and outdoor grill. AIR CONDITIONING in all main rooms, free W-LAN, SAT-TV, DVD and not used in wood stove complete the wellness offer.
In the upper part of the villa, the main house, you live in an elegant living and dining room with large picture window, direct sea view and exit to the veranda.
The living - and dining room is equipped with terracotta floor and rustic beamed ceiling. On the second floor there is a stylish, comfortably furnished kitchen with gas-electric cooker, electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, Padkaffeemaschine, kettle and toaster.

Completely separated are located on the second floor three double bedrooms. Two of the double bedrooms have double beds, while one bedroom has two separate beds. These can, however, be pushed together at any time. On the same level they have a bathroom with toilet and in addition a separate toilet.

In the lower part of the holiday home is, with a size of approximately 62m², an apartment with living room. The apartment has its own kitchen and a separate bathroom with toilet. From this apartment you have a wonderful view of the sea. This lovingly furnished studio also has a small outdoor terrace with garden furniture.

Bed linen, towels and tea towels are of course provided to our guests.

A laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities can of course be used.
