Upon entering the apartment, you will find on your left a pleasant air-conditioned bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, ideal for restful nights.
Nearby, a separate toilet and a modern shower room complete the sleeping area.
The bright, air-conditioned living room offers a comfortable sofa bed and opens onto a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, perfect for preparing meals in a friendly atmosphere.
This living space then leads to a charming terrace where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the canals a truly picturesque scene at any time of the day.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned.
There is no internet access.
A parking space in a closed garage.
An ideal setting for peaceful holidays by the water.
