The flat has a bright living room with an open plan kitchen (3 burner induction hob, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, extractor fan, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher), sofa, TV (French and german channels), table, access to the terrace with sea view, equipped with a garden table and 2 deck chairs.
The first bedroom has a double bed (2x80x200) with 2 small duvets and is equipped with a ceiling fan and cupboards. A second bedroom has a bunk bed with a 140x190 lower bed and a single upper bed (90x190), with cupboards. The shower room with WC has a shower cubicle, washbasin, small cupboard and washing machine.

Located 900m from the beach and 650m from the first shops, the Residence Mer Indigo - Côté Mer consists of semi-detached houses and flats. A pedestrian path leads to the beach and the centre of the resort. The swimming pool is normally open from 1 June to 30 September, but the dates may vary depending on the decision taken by the general meeting of co-owners.
With its 8 kilometres of fine sandy beach, Saint Pierre La Mer is a very popular seaside resort. It is part of the municipality of Fleury d'Aude, and every day of the year, this small village hosts a delightful, typical southern market on the seafront. Not far from there, in the massif of La Clape, a protected natural heritage: the exceptional "gouffre de l'œil doux" offers a spectacle not to be missed, with a beautiful view of the sea and the ponds in the distance.
