Just as described. Perfect for a small family. Close to the beach and a short walk to town. The pool is nice too. The host was great and very friendly.

Our stay in Antibes was absolutely magical! Marten and Richard made sure our check-in and check-out process was seamless. We were steps from the pool and only a few more steps from a prime beach and swimming area. Within the complex, steps from the building entrance is a grocery store, a few amazing restaurants, nail salons, a laundromat, and a gym. We enjoyed the easy access for our daily breakfast needs or a convenient dinner, but mainly had our dinner meals in Old Antibes as we loved the night life there. This was perfect for our family of four. The kids loved the bunkbed. The air conditioning was critical as Antibes and the surrounding area was so experiencing a heatwave in July when we visited.They included extra touches like Nespresso pods, wine, etc. They were also well equipped for the beach with beach chairs, mats, umbrella, and sand toys. We appreciated the washing machine as we were in the midst of a longer family vacation in Europe.This is the perfect spot for partial or full day trips to Cannes, Nice, and Monaco. We enjoyed all three by bike or by car, but you can easily get there by train as well with train departures from Antibes every 20-30 minutes. I hope we get to return! Truly the perfect vacation spot!
