Excellent apartment

The apartment was well equipped, comfortable and well situated for the lovely beach. The host was friendly and amenable. Having the supermarket 2 minutes walk away was very convenient. There is a good bus service for Cannes, Nice and Antibes. It was a bit of a long walk to restaurants in Juan Les Pins or Golfe Juan, although the beach road walk was very pleasant. We would return to this apartment and recommend it for couples and families.

Lovely apartment, excellent amenities

Very nice apartment in secure compelx with pool and immediate access to lovely gardens and public beaches. Comfortable beds, good shower, separate toilet..electric induction cooker and hob. On site restaurants, supermarket, shops, hairdressers etc and 2 mins walk is another supermarket and bakery and pharmacy. Patrick and his wife were excellent hosts very communicative despite both our respective language barriers, and were very genial. It was our first time using home away and we were unfamiliar with it compared to Airbnb. Great bus links across the cote d'azur. Super affordable And run every 20mins. Apartment is equidistant between Golfe Juan and Juan les Pins towns and train stations - approx 25-30 mins walk to each. Unfortunately we had to cut short our stay and return to the UK earlier because I was mugged and beaten up by 2 male thugs whilst on my way to a museum in Grasse and didn't feel I could remain in France. Patrick and his wife did their best to accommodate these unforeseen sad circumstances and arranged for a friend of theirs to come and do our check out. We adhered to all the rules and tried our best to ensure we treated the apartment as we would our own home and gave it a thorough clean and tidy as we promised to Patrick and Christine. Would recommend this as a nice base for people to explore cote d'azur. Thanks to Patrick and Christine. We wish you well.

3 Wochen Familienurlaub an der Côte d’Azur

Vielen Dank an Patrick und seine Frau für die schöne Zeit an der Côte d’Azur. Die Ferienwohnung ist toll gelegen, zweckmäßig eingerichtet und bietet ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Der Pool wurde leider pünktlich am 1.10. geschlossen, aber der Strand liegt ja vor der Tür. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr nette Vermieter, sichere Anlage, Strand fussläufig, Supermarkt gegenüber, sehr saubere Betten! Die Stockbetten sind nur für Kinder geeignet, unser 1,83 Teenie musste sich etwas falten :) Vielen Dank !

Sehr ruhige, schöne Wohnung dicht am Strand

Wir haben eine sehr gute Woche in Juan-les-Pins verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, toller großer Balkon, bequemes Bett, gemütliche Sofas. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Die Wohnanlage liegt an einem hübschen Park, der Strand ist durch einen Tunnel schnell zu erreichen. Von der Wohnung aus kann man viele sehenswerte Orte an der Côte d‘Azur gut mit Auto,Bahn, Bus oder Fahrrad erreichen. Wir würden die Wohnung immer wieder buchen

Excellent séjour

Nous ne pouvons que vous conseiller cet appartement à quelques pas de la plage. L'appartement est très propre et comprend tout le nécessaire pour passer un très bon séjour. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par M.Gros. La résidence est sécurisée, très calme après 23h. Vous pouvez laisser la voiture au garage: supermarché au bas de l'immeuble, ligne de bus pour se rendre à Cannes ou Nice (2,50€ la place, 4,80€ pour 3 places) La piscine est idéale si vous souhaitez oublier un peu l'affluence estivale de la plage.

Appartement sécurisé, spacieux et très agréable d’une propreté irréprochable parfaitement conforme à la description. Belle et vaste terrasse avec vue sur la mer et le beau parc Exflora, tous deux à proximité immédiate. Equipement plus que complet, tout est impeccable : séjour, chambre avec grand lit, salle de douche… Un garage souterrain plus qu’appréciable compte tenu des difficultés de stationnement sur le secteur. Divers restaurants et commerces (dont un supermarché) au pied de l’immeuble ce qui permet de se passer de la voiture. Et pour parfaire le tout, hôtes très avenants et disponibles. Hervorragendes Apartment für den Besuch von Südfrankreich

Angefangen durch eine sehr gute und problemlose Kommunikation mit dem sehr netten Vermieter, hat das Apartment eine sehr gute Lage für alle arten des Südfrankreich Urlaubs. Es ist ausreichend groß, mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, einem tollen Balkon und eine gute Ausrichtung, dass man ausreichend Sonne hat, jedoch nicht die pralle Sonne den ganzen Tag auf das Apartment scheint. Das Apartment befindet sich auf einer tollen, sauberen, ruhigen und im höchsten Maße auf Sicherheit bedachten Anlage mit Geschäften und Restaurants, abschließbarem Tiefgaragenstellplatz, einer 100m entfernten Parkanlage und 500m entferntem Strand. Vom Strand her sind in beiden Richtungen durch kleine Spaziergänge Restaurants und Yachthäfen zu erreichen. Die Anlage hat eine gute Bus und Bahnanbindung. Alle Städte der Cote d‘Azur sind mit dem PKW bis zu Sanremo in Italien sehr schnell durch sehr gute Straßen-Autobahnanbindungen zu erreichen. Hier sei ein MautBadge Bip&Go empfohlen. Zum Glück vorher besorgt, ansonsten würde man bei der Vielzahl an Mautstationen vermutlich wahnsinnig. Also Resümee: Für den Südfrankreichurlaub perfekte Location👍👍👍👍👍

Séjour parfait.

Appartement parfait avec tout le confort. Idéalement placé. Belle terrasse. Grand garage fermé. Toutes les commodités à proximité sans avoir besoin de la voiture. Piscine sympa et plage à 2 minutes. Excellent contact avec les propriétaires. Je recommande.

Netter Vermieter und saubere Wohnung

Die Wohnung war sauber und der Vermieter sehr nett. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Das Appartement liegt in einer guten Lage und ein Supermarkt befindet sich gleich vor der Tür. Die Tiefgarage mit Parkplatz befindet sich im Nachbarhaus. Vielen Dank!
