Exceptionally located private estate on a acre lot in the heart of Scottsdale. Only a mile from Loop 101 leaving Talkingstick, Topgolf, Old Town, and a dozen pristine golf courses only minutes away.

Home includes 8-person hot tub, swimming pool(can be heated for additional charge), barbecue, regulation billiards table, cornhole and fully equipped kitchen —everything you need for a perfect vacation!

Newly furnished with a chic and modern interior.

Things to note:
No parties or pets allowed. The property has outward facing cameras outside. Maximum family size of six adults and their related dependents. Only the number of listed guests for your reservation are allowed on the property.

Beautiful home and surrounding property, very clean, comfortable beds, nice bed linens and towels. Easy to access off Shea Rd. and convenient to super markets & restaurants. Perfect for a large group or family, game room, pool table and swimming pool available for recreation.

Awesome Resort in middle of Desert!

Our tennis team needed a place to stay close to the championship! 3 minutes away allowed us to come home between matches and eat jacuzzi and swim before next match! The pool table area made for great comraderie during the stay and the outside areas made perfect for our bar-b-Que on Saturday night!

Relaxing and Fun

We had a great time at this property. There was plenty of space for our group, tons of games/swimming/activities to do on the property, great location to check out all Scottsdale has to offer, and nice outdoor space. Property Manager responds promptly. It was a wonderful vacation!

This property is the best! We met our daughter and family for Spring Break. The property was easy to find, had lots of things to due at the property, was close to the activities that our grandchildren wanted to participate in and shopping and great restaurants were close by. We will use this property again!

Bachelor Party weekend

Perfect weekend in Scottsdale. We had a big group and everyone had a great time. Plenty of space and beds. Communication with the property manager was easy. Only downside was a very early checkout at 10.

Bachelorette group

This house was absolutely perfect for our group of girls wanting to chill by a pool all day! Property management was wonderful, we had a few small hiccups that where addressed very quickly. Also a few extra amenities like the ice machine and RO water system where a fantastic bonus for our group. We will definitely be looking into planning a family vacation with this house in the future!

George Strait Concert

We came with three other couples for a long weekend to see the George Strait concert. Spent one day in old town, Scottsdale and the other just hanging around the house enjoying the pool and the property. Couldnt have asked for a nicer place to stay. Thank you so much.

A vacation to repeat

Well located home and very spacious. We were 4 adults and had all the space we needed. Very rapid response from the owners if there is an issue. Thanks Catherine and James, would do it again.
