The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
**Make sure all the windows and doors are closed and locked. **Empty the fridge and cupboards of all food items. Put all trash in the bins on the side of the house or by the garage doors.
**Leave all the used towels on the bathroom floor and the used linens on the beds. **Rinse off all the dishes and Leave them in the sink.
**Turn off everything inside the house and the backyard. This includes all the lights, TVs, and other electronics. ** The last thing we’d appreciate is turning up the AC to 78 degrees.
