Beautiful fully equipped executive home close to all Aiken has to offer. Here for the Masters? We’re only 19 miles from Augusta, GA. Home is warm, welcoming and you’ll have plenty of room to sit back and relax. Our 1 acre yard is filled with gorgeous roses and perennials as well as small vegetable garden.

Your host
Dave and I were born and raised in the northeast. Our careers took us to Florida and as retirement approached we wanted an area with a mild climate, seasons, and the opportunity to garden.
Why they chose this property
Woodside is beautiful. We loved the long and winding walking trails and the houses reminded us both of our childhood neighborhood.
What makes this property unique
Sweetbay is large enough to host a crowd without being crowded. The sun room and living room provide quiet reading nooks. I love to cook and the large kitchen enabled me to design the kitchen of my dreams complete with an enormous island, double ovens and two dishwashers!
