Welcome to Green Acres & Two Pines — Double the Charm, Double the Fun!

Why settle for one great house when you can have two? These side-by-side gems are perfect for family reunions, golf weekends, horse events, or just an excuse to gather everyone you love (and even the ones who snore). Each home has its own circular driveway, fenced yard, and plenty of room to spread out — but a connecting gate lets you wander between them like the VIPs you are.

Green Acres (Approx. 1500 sq ft)
Charming, cozy, and full of character, Green Acres is where comfort meets cool. The king en-suite up front sets the tone, followed by a bright living room, dining area, and an updated kitchen made for sharing snacks and secrets. Two more bedrooms and a full bath round it out.

Step outside to your own private putting green — complete with glow-in-the-dark golf balls for nighttime bragging rights. The screened porch, side-yard café lights, pergola seating, and fire pit create all the right vibes for evening hangs and marshmallow magic.

Just next door, Two Pines brings the entertainment! Two comfy first floor bedrooms (one king), a full bath, kitchen, dining area (with highchair), and a cozy living room with magnetic Scrabble for competitive fun. Second floor? Two more bedrooms — one with its own newly renovated ensuite with walk in shower.

Outside, the Caddy Shack steals the show: darts, cornhole, arcade games, a golf swing area, and Giant Connect 4. The huge, fenced yard, disc golf, picnic tables, and fire pit make it easy to spend the whole day outdoors — and maybe forget what time it is.

Long weekend in Aiken

Wonderful place to stay and enjoy family and friends. The houses were updated, clean and plenty of space for everyone. The backyard was a great place to hang out and enjoy. Janette communicated wonderfully. Loved every minute of our stay!

Amazing outdoor entertainment

Host communication was fast and excellent, very accommodating. Homes were very clean and had everything we needed. We used the outdoor putting green and game cabana a lot. This is a great property for larger groups. Highly recommended!

Bonding of Team Marine Corp

We had a weekend reunion with a family wedding in the middle! Photos do not do justice to the spaciousness of the houses, the outdoor activities and the parking! These houses were perfect for get togethers, wedding prep, and outdoor fun for all. We not only had people dropping by for a bite to eat and a visit, but also hosted a small Super Bowl gathering. The setup is perfect for large and small groups of all ages. One kitchen is gas and the other is electric. We used each for different groups and found both were perfect. Both houses had a nice array of kitchen tools/pans, nice big bedrooms, well-equipped bathrooms with items that may have been forgotten, and ample parking. The back yard activities were a bonus. The host answered our questions promptly and was very helpful in pointing out some local restaurants. We have rented lots of houses for our family, but these two houses top the list!

Ideal for Golf in And Around Aiken

I brought seven friends in for a golf trip and the houses were ideal. Outdoor putting green and indoor hitting bay along with a fire pit. Both houses were clean, well appointed and the communication from the property owners was exceptional. I strongly recommend to anyone looking for accommodations in the Aiken area.

Everything was Perfect

Everything was exactly as described. House layouts were great -- a bathroom between each pair of bedrooms (plus one with its own bath). Houses were better stocked than any place I had ever stayed. Firepits and grills at each house were great. Checkout was incredibly easy -- no typical strip-the-sheets, load-the-dishwasher, take-out-the-trash instructions that are so common; all we had to do was leave! Location was great -- only about a mile to downtown, with sidewalks the whole way. I can't imagine how the stay could have been any better.

5-Star property in Aiken SC with zero negatives

Our family had a wonderful stay at this VRBO. The houses were spotless, and the kitchens was incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed for cooking. The wi-fi was excellent. The host was very responsive to our questions, made us feel welcome, and kindly accommodated an early check-in. The location was close to downtown Aiken and a CVS and grocery store. We especially enjoyed the comfortable beds and great showers and plenty of towels. The backyards were perfect for our grandkids to play, especially the putting green. Our dog loved all the space to run and play ball. We would definitely book this property again! An additional perk is no checkout instructions! Just pack up your things and walk out. Clean, comfortable, and fun!

We filled both houses for my father’s 80th birthday. The numerous pictures and detailed description on VRBO are very accurate. Everyone was comfortable. An added joy was how kind and thoughtful the host, Janette, was. She understood when a couple wrinkles came up on my end while I dealt with wrangling a decent size group of people. Her communication was very fast and she was proactive about any potential concerns. I think you’ll be happy if you choose to stay here as we were. Thank you Janette!

Perfect Wedding Weekend

Janette and Shawn were the best hosts someone could ask for. They went above and beyond to make sure the houses were clean and stocked with more than anyone could ask for. A flexible check-in and check-out experience if other stays don't affect your reservation. A large group of friends and I were in town for a wedding this weekend, as the bride grew up in Aiken. Having these perfect properties to retreat after the festivities made us feel right at home. The washer and dryer came into good use, and the iron was heavily used this weekend, which cant always be found every rental. No matter the event, one are both of these homes are perfect for a large or small group. This is one of the best rentals on any rental site, you will not be disappointed by the hospitality, communication, and helpfulness of Janette and Sean.

My husband and I love to travel and we always choose to stay in a Short Term Rental because they are unique, private and we love the adventure. We thoroughly enjoy the outdoors and having fun so we tried to show that in these properties.

Why they chose this property

We purchased our second home in Aiken, SC and fell in love with town thus we moved here. Our 2nd home is now called Green Acres (one of the two homes we have listed) in which is part of this property. The house next door became available and we wanted to provide options for those travelling with a bigger group yet wanted to have some privacy. My husband loves golf and always wanted a putting green thus the putting green oasis. The outside for had so much potential and we wanted to make it private and entertaining for our guests.

What makes this property unique

A unique benefit of Green Acres is the putting green in the backyard. When we purchased the house there was an inground pool that was filled in. Unfortunately it was filled in incorrectly so we removed the entire pool and added the putting green. Two Pines has a unique large building that we call the Caddy Shack. Lots of entertainment for all inside the homes and outside.
