Spanning 2,200 square feet, the apartment offers cable TV in every room, Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and a backyard with a grill and seating area for your enjoyment.

A private parking lot is available just four blocks away at the intersection of New York Avenue and 5th Street. Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis on Kirby Street or N Street.
