Angenehme FeWo

Wir waren fünf 5 Nächte in der FeWo und können eigentlich nur positives berichten. Sehr sauber, viel Platz (großes Bad) und die Besitzerin hat sich sofort gekümmert als es Probleme mit dem WLAN gab. Die Lage ist gut, in ca. 15 Minuten ist man an allen touristischen Attraktionen.

Tolle Wohnung mit guter Anbindung

Bereits zum 2. Mal waren wir in der schönen und sehr sauberen Ferienwohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Öffentliche Parkplätze gleich nebenan. Tolles großes Bad mit zwei Waschbecken und ebenerdiger, geräumiger Dusche, bequeme Betten. Wir fühlen uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung und werden sicher beim nächsten Hamburg Aufenthalt wieder buchen! U-Bahn, Busbahnhof ca. 300 m entfernt. Einkaufszentrum und Restaurants ebenfalls. Prima Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und problemlose Schlüsselübergabe.

Gute Ferienwohnung

Vorab: Insgesamt ist dies eine gute Ferienwohnung. Lage: Man ist sehr schnell zu Fuß im Bereich Wandsbek Markt, wo man Bäcker, Einkaufszentrum etc. vorfindet, sowie einen Bahnanschluss Richtung Innenstadt. Außerdem ist u.a. ein REWE in der Nähe, der über ein sehr komfortables Parkhaus verfügt. Die Parkplatzsituation ist relativ gut, da direkt an der Straße Parkplätze sind und sich nebenan ein Parkplatz befindet. Fast direkt neben der FeWo ist eine große Hauptstraße. Diese kann man bei geschlossenen Fenstern leicht hören, aber nicht so, dass es störend ist. Für uns war das kein Problem, da wir Mitte November nicht die Fenster und Türen die ganze Zeit aufgerissen haben. Im Sommer könnte das evtl. nerven. Bad: Das Bad ist sehr komfortabel mit den zwei Waschbecken und einer großen Dusche. Wir haben ausreichend Handtücher und Handseife vorgefunden. Gut ist, wenn man mit Kindern unterwegs ist, auch die automatische Klodeckelabsenkung; da knallt der Deckel nicht so runter. ;-) Ablagefläche ist ausreichend vorhanden. Es fehlten Zahnputzbecher, was sich verschmerzen lässt, wenn man einfach ein Glas aus der Küche nimmt (wobei ... naja, siehe unten). Schlafzimmer: Die zwei Einzelbetten sind relativ bequem. Der eine Schrank hat relativ viel Platz zum Hängen von Kleidung. Die Flächen zum Ablegen von T-Shirts o.ä. sind leider recht knapp bemessen. Die Steckdose ist leider etwas ungünstig hinter dem Nachttisch versteckt, aber das ist Nörgeln auf hohem Niveau. Das Zimmer lässt sich über elektrische Rollläden gut verdunkeln. Wohnbereich: Hier kann man gemütlich sitzen. Der Stil und die Einrichtung ist Geschmackssache, aber man ist hier i.d.R. ja nur ein paar Tage und es ist nicht total daneben. Passt also. Es gibt einen großen Fernseher und der WLAN-Empfang ist hier recht gut (Anmerkung: im Schlafzimmer ist er eher schlecht). Küche: Die Küche hat uns nicht so gut gefallen. Es gibt viel zu wenig intakte(!) Gläser, die keinen Sprung oder Kante hatten, und das Besteck ist auch nicht vollzählig (z.B. nur eine Hand voll Teelöffel). Frühstücksteller sind ebenfalls knapp bemessen. Die Mängel, die uns aufgefallen sind, haben wir allerdings bereits der Verwaltung gemeldet, die das dann hoffentlich behebt. Ärgerlich war, dass die vorhandenen Teller und teilweise das Kochgeschirr von Vormietern nicht komplett sauber hinterlassen wurden, sodass wir erst einmal spülen mussten. Positiv war, dass ausreichend Geschirrspülmaschinentabs und Spülsachen bereitgestellt wurden.

Gute und praktische Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist super und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend. Das Bad ist auch toll, es hat sehr viel Platz und eine große Dusche mit zwei Waschbecken. Aufjedenfall sehr empfehlenswert!

Optimales Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

+ Die Ferienwohnung ist geräumig und hervorragend ausgestattet, die Betten im Schlafzimmer sind sehr gut und die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer ist ebenfalls gut. Es gibt moderne Fernseher in beiden Zimmern, auch die Ausstattung der Wohnung macht einen neuen und hochwertigen Eindruck. - Wie schon gesagt wurde, befindet sich direkt vor der Wohnung eine laute Hochstraße, die man manchmal auch bei geschlossenem Fenster hört. Wir mussten auch tagsüber im Wohnzimmer Licht anmachen, weil die Wohnung etwas dunkel ist durch die Bäume vor dem Fenster. Und die Terrasse auf den Bildern kann man leider nicht benutzen - es gibt keine Möbel, und die Möbel aus der Wohnung dürfen nicht herausgestellt werden. Fazit: Wer die Stille sucht, sollte anderswo suchen; ansonsten eine gute Wohnung zu einem sehr fairen Preis.

Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr schön und sauber! Das Badezimmer ist der Hammer! Die Stühle sind aber eine Katastrophe! Sehen sehr hübsch aus, sind aber sehr unbequem! Leider keine Terrasse wo man sich mal hinsetzen kann!
