"Long ago, well before the valley grew still, the Isole River already flowed between the hills. At the top of this valley stood a cider house surrounded by ancient trees. It was said that these trees were no ordinary trees: their roots listened to the river and their branches whispered to the wind. This former cider house, dating from the late 19th century, has been completely renovated.
