Clean, cozy cabin in a quiet, beautiful area. Creek in backyard enjoyed by all. Great instructions to get to the cabin, and for amenities inside. Wasn’t communicate with host Randi. Pet friendly.
We loved our stay. Wish we could have spent more time there to enjoy the beautiful surroundings, but we were super busy with an archery tournament. It was so nice to “come home” after a long day of shooting. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!!!

Incredibly beautiful setting in a cozy cabin. Very responsive property manager!! Very clear directions for check in and check out. We had a wonderful stay!!
We had a great time. It was far enough from Helena to feel like we were alone. The little town was cute. The stream was fun out back and had a fire outside one evening. Had a blast

Happy to heard your family was able to enjoy the outdoors together! Hope you come back and stay with us again!
We enjoyed staying at this house so much. Very clean, comfortable, and plenty of room for our family. The back porch led right to a creek which was beautiful, the place was almost unreal! Far enough from town to feel like you are hidden in the woods, but close enough to have all the necessities. We saw deer every day, which my children really loved. We hope to come back someday!

Our host was amazing and so responsive! Great things about the house; very clean, very comfortable, the crick out back, the upstairs loft, dog friendly!!!!!, quiet neighborhood, extra amenities. The only draw back was the construction next door which looks like it’s almost finished! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Thank you for staying with us! We hope you will return when visiting Carroll College!
Nice and quiet, creek was a bonus, comfortable beds and chairs/couches. Plenty warm, wood stove worked well.Upstairs bed head height was tough, sliding door has no handle to grab, toaster didn't work, back door very hard to lock due to settling, fencing and supplies from next door construction unappealing. Overall, not bad, but good. Kind of what is expected for a montana cabin.

Glad you found the cabin to be cozy and comfortable. I appreciate you letting us know about the toaster issue. We will be sure to get that replaced! Hopefully the neighbors construction is nearly finished!
Loved the cabin. The location was interesting. Didn't know it was a super fund site. Might have not booked had I known that but it was all okay. A bit disappointing about the cabin being built next door but the workers were polite and quiet (past the hammering point). Amenities were great and we enjoyed our stay. Quiet, peaceful. Did meet some interesting neighbors which was fun.
Very comfortable, easy to find, peaceful property located close to Helena and recreational activities galore. Host was quick to respond to messages and had clear arrival and departure expectations. Home was tastefully decorated and had a terrific assortment of games and movies for all ages.

Lynne, thank you for being a considerate guest! Sorry to hear the location in the heart of the ghost town wasn't what you were expecting. It does offer some very interesting history about the areas military/mining town.

About the host
Hosted by Randi
Our family of 4 move to Montana in 2017 and fell in love with the slower paced life with access to nature and recreation. Our weekends are spent camping, hiking, or boating, when we aren't chasing our kids around at baseball/softball tournaments.
Why they chose this property
We enjoyed the quaint community of Rimini! It's history as a military base and former mining town is facsinating and we are proud to vacation here. Its proximity to Helena offers convenience and opportunity to attend events in the Capital City. We love being minutes from hiking and xcountry trails, lakes, and public forest land!
What makes this property unique
Ten Mile Creek Cabin is nestled in a well preserved historic, ghost town. This former military base is home to infamous dog sled races. The history of Rimini's glacial valley offers super interesting geological information!
