This Family-friendly, 4-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house has everything you need for your family’s visit to Okoboji! The home comes with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, range, microwave), washer/dryer, WiFi, and self check in. Enjoy lake views, lake access, and playground with splash pad directly across the street (the kids will love it!). A short drive to Arnold’s Park, this home is the ideal base for your stay in Okoboji/Spirit Lake.

The Space
The main-living space contains the living/dining area, kitchen, laundry, 1 queen bedroom and 1 bedroom with a bunkbed (twin over full). The bedrooms share a 3/4 bathroom that has a shower. The upstairs-level has 1 full bedroom with an en suite half bathroom and a large master bedroom with a queen bed and en suite full bathroom. The master bedroom also has a private deck (overlooking the playground and splash pad with lake views) and a queen-size air mattress for additional sleep accommodations.

Parking is free on site. The home has a large driveway and garage. There is also free parking on the street. The house is directly across the street from a beautiful public park and located near main roads which makes navigating the Okoboji/Spirit Lake area very convenient.

Very happy with our 4 day home away from home. Clean comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. Kids (ages 8 to 11) loved the park across the street with splash pad. We were close to all the activities we wanted to take in. Would book again!

Another Great Stay

We have stayed at this property twice and will stay again. It's clean, comfortable, spacious, and in a great location. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you could need. The beds are comfortable. They provide toiletries and paper products. The cleaning checklist is short and reasonable. Being across the street from the splash pad and near the boat launch was perfect for our family. There is plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and our boat. Thanks for another great stay!

We decided on this property as its centrally located to everything Okoboji/Spirit Lake has to offer. It’s close proximity to the parks, boat ramp, downtown and the lake, make it an ideal location for our families!
