Gorgeous 4-bedroom home close to the beach

Beautiful, recently renovated home in family friendly Redondo Beach.

Great location
-5min drive to Manhattan Beach and Hermosa Beach
-15min drive to LAX and SOFI stadium

The space
As you enter through the front door, there is a spacious sitting room and dining room off the wide hallway. The kitchen also has another, separate eating area. In addition, there’s a further sitting room downstairs.

Upstairs there is a master bedroom (king bed) with en-suite. A further guest bedroom (queen bed) with an en-suite bathroom. The two other bedrooms (one with a queen bed, the other with two twin beds) share a family bathroom. All bathrooms have tubs. There’s also a dedicated office with a height adjustable desk and a laundry room with washer/dryer.

Outside in the patio, there’s patio furniture and an eating area with chairs. Guests may use the Weber (gas) BBQ.

The neighbourhood
Redondo Beach is a safe, family friendly beach community. It borders Manhattan Beach and Hermosa Beach. There are many coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. We would recommend having a car to really take advantage of all the South Bay and LA have to offer. There are two parking spots on the driveway and street parking around the property. If you park on the street, please take note of the street sweeping signs!

-Guests have full access to the house except for the garage and wardrobe in the master bedroom.
-House has an alarm with a security camera at the entrance. The camera does not look into internal spaces.
-Please note, our gardener comes for approx. 20 mins every Thursday morning. He has access to the outside garden but not the house.
-Weekly cleaning required for longer stays.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Large, welcoming house perfect for families. We appreciated all the bathrooms and nearby walking path as well as the little things like Tupperware for leftovers and kids silverware.

We loved our stay here at Ruhland. Georgina was an incredible host - super responsive and friendly. The house was clean and well maintained and had everything we needed. Location wise is convenient too - under 30 mins from LAX and a 10 min drive to great food and shopping in Torrance. We would definitely stay here again!

Space for our family

Lovely and Spacious

The host was extremely accommodating and lovely while affording us all the privacy we wanted. The house is quite spacious, especially the living area downstairs. It's quite convenient to everything you'll need including quick highway access and proximity to the airport and the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and yet you're a quick walk to restaurants and coffee. We all enjoyed our stay very much.

Good Location for our needs.

Our stay was very nice. We had a one year old toddler and because of security gates on the stairs, we didn't have to worry about her falling. The stairs were a little difficult for our elderly guests thus others had to help with getting luggage to the upstairs bedrooms. Overall, a great location and clean.
