Popular and cozy Finca Sa Coma near the beach!

The Finca is located outside Felantix's and is ideally located, in just a few minutes you are in the village with supermarkets, shopping possibilities and also weekly market.
The house has 3 bedrooms each for two persons. One of them has a double bed the others have two single beds, which can be pushed together or separated.
All rooms are on the same level. The bathrooms are equipped with shower and the other with bathtub.
His living room has SAT TV and Internet in the whole house.
The outside area is very generous with small details which make this particularly.
There are plenty of seats, in the style of the wood as a seat or the garden furniture made of metal.
The pool is 5m x 11m, next door there is also a small barbecue house with dining table.
A private table tennis table is waiting for you!
Between Pinnienbäumen there are hammocks in the shade to relax and rest.

Wer Ruhe und Natur pur sucht…

…ist hier definitiv am richtigen Ort. Wunderschöne Finca im typisch spanischen Stil eingerichtet, traumhafter Ausblick, diverse Sitzgruppen sowohl am Haus als auch im großzügigen Aussenbereich…dazu ein 5x11 Meter Pool und ein separates Grillhäuschen…alles was man sich für einen schönen Urlaub wünscht! Zum Einkaufen oder für den Ausflug ans Meer ist ein Auto sehr zu empfehlen. Die Vermietern ist sehr nett und auch mit der Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort ist eine unkomplizierte Kommunikation jederzeit möglich. Wir würden diese Finca jederzeit wieder buchen & können dies auch jedem empfehlen, der sich in seinem Urlaub wirklich erholen möchte!

Schöner Urlaub auf herrlichem Anwesen

Die Finca befindet sich etwa 2 Km ausserhalb von Felanitx, wo es diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt, etwa einen modernen LIDL am Ortsausgang Richtung Campos sowie einen gut geordneten Eroski mit Frischfischtheke auf der anderen Stadtseite (Richtung Portocolom). Das Grundstück, auf dem sich das Ferienhaus befindet, ist recht groß, es gibt mehrere Terrassen, zwei davon überdacht, Grillbereich und Pool waren fantastisch. Die Straße, an der die Finca liegt, ist wenig befahren. Das Haus war sauber und recht zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Badestrände sind in etwa 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir danken Antonia, die stets freundlich und hilfsbereit war, dasselbe gilt für Janine von der Agentur. Wir kommen gern wieder

Traumhaus mit tollem Blick

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Ciprell war einfach Traumhaft, es ist ein sehr tolles Anwesen mit einem riesigen Grundstück und einer wunderbaren Aussicht. Das Objekt war sehr sauber und es ist ruhig gelegen, trotzdem sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur 2 -3 km entfernt. Auch der riesige Pool und die wunderschöne Aussenanlage mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten haben den Aufenthalt zu einem tollen Urlaub gemacht, wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Erholung pur

Die Finca ist auf einem Hügel etwas abseits der Ortschaft gelegen. Der Ausblick bis in das Tramuntana Gebirge ist traumhaft. Das Objekt ist ruhig gelegen und bestens für eine Erholung geeignet. Ein Fahrzeug ist aufgrund der Lage unabdingbar.

Einfach ausgestattet - schön gelegen

Ich buche seit bereis über 20 Jahren zu verschiedenen Anlässen oder unterschiedlichen Personenkreisen Fincas auf Mallorca. Diese Finca liegt für die unterschiedlichsten Ausflüge perfekt. Ihre Lage auf einem Hügel bietet einen teilweise wunderbaren Blick ins Landesinnere. Die Außenanlagen laden zu einem relaxen Leben an - und das terrassenartig auf mehreren Ebenen. Leider ist die Ausstattung eher einfach. Das betrifft sowohl die Wohnzimmergarnitur als auch die Badezimmer. Und wir mussten auch die Küche erstmal gründlich putzen. Es war alles irgendwie mit einem Fettfilm überzogen. Die Badezimmer und das restliche Haus waren okay Wer es komplett ruhig haben möchte sollte sich überlegen, ob die Verbindungsstraße nach Felanix mit ca 50 Mtr Abstand nicht zu nahe ist. Es ist kein Dauervetkehr, aber die Autogeräusche sind nicht zu überhören. Auch wenn nur alle 5 Minuten ein Wagen vorbei kommt. Ich werde nochmal hinfahren. Mit dem Wissen von jetzt kann ich mich gut darauf einlassen.
