The 130 m², rustic Finca is situated in a quiet area and offers a comfortable living/dining room with a stove and high ceilings, a very well-equipped country kitchen with another dining area, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms (one en suite). It can therefore accommodate 6 people and one toddler. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a flat screen satellite TV, a baby cot and a high chair. In the outdoor area with 2,800 hectares of land, children will find plenty of space to play. The 32 m² pool has its own fence, so that even small children can play without hindrance. Relax on one of the 6 deck chairs under the shady sun sail, barbecue delicious meals and savour them with a glass of full-bodied wine and a view of the mountains on the horizon. There is also an outdoor shower, lounge furniture and parasols. Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are 3.1 km or a 5-minute drive away and the closest beach, Cala Santanyí, is 2.8 km from the property.
