This family sized beach house is beautiful and just a few steps from private access to the beach. It is spacious and allows privacy for guests who are vacationing with multiple families. There is a large commons area/living room and dining area for gathering and family fun. The private pool is heated, so your family can still enjoy a swim on a cooler day! It is walking distance to many local restaurants and shops. It will be a comfortable and unforgettable vacation experience. Gated street adds additional safety and privacy. Very family friendly and baby friendly. Stroller, high chair and pack and play provided.

We LOVED this spot.

This house is gorgeous, roomy and the private pool was perfect. Homeowner is very friendly and was super helpful with our questions. We like it so much we have already booked it again.

Great Family Accommodations

The property is well located with plenty of room and great views. Pool is heated and nice. Lots of extras included. Access to the beach was great but the chair rental details were not made clear during the rental/reservation process. Washing machine and dryer need updating. Overall we had a great time.

Bring your swimsuit and enjoy!

This is by far the best Vrbo we have ever stayed in. It was super clean, but even better, it literally has everything you need. I overpacked because I had no idea how well stocked the house would be. She had thought of everything (sunblock, toys, towels, meds, etc..) even stuff for babies and small children. She had all that you need to go crabbing and my oldest daughter and I had a blast doing it. We had a few issues and she got them resolved immediately. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Beautiful home with Everything!

Our family of seven (incl. a 3 year old and a 6 month old) had a wonderful stay on Rosemary Beach during spring break. The home was spacious, extremely clean and had everything we could think of for a week long stay. The weather was pretty chilly (bummer) and it stormed a few days days. We were thrilled to find puzzles, board games and sensory toys to keep our 3 year old entertained. The home’s heated pool was a welcome break from the freezing cold ocean water. The gated neighborhood was safe and had actual guards at night for the week because it was spring break. Would stay again if we ventured back to Rosemary.

Absolutely perfect

We were so pleased with this beautiful house! It was in the perfect location, just a short walk to a private beach or over to shops, live music and food. We are going home happy and tan! My kids spent even more time in the pool than they did on the beach. Make sure you rent bikes and explore the area in the cooler evening hours!

Awesome Rental

Everything was great here. The location of the property, the condition of the property, and even the amenities. They thought of everything. You can literally just show up with your clothes and be set for your whole vacation.

Great place for family!

We really loved this property. It was a little walk to the beach, shops, food, coffee, and ice cream. You did not have to use your car unless you wanted to. Highly recommended.

This was a fantastic place!

The pictures actually sell this place short. Much nicer than we anticipated and the location can’t be beat. Right at Rosemary and Seacrest. Having the personal pool was the best part!

Relaxing time with friends

This property was located in a perfect spot, within walking distance of Seacrest shopping and Rosemary Beach restaurants and the beach. We did go at a hard time of year while everyone else was there and the beach was packed. But we rode bikes the the Hub and had a great time.
