Serenity is a small coastal community located in Dune Allen Beach, the very beginning of 30A to the west. The gorgeous slower-paced end of 30A features the famous Stinky's Fish Camp, Topsail Preserve State Park, Stallworth Lake, and more pristine beaches than any other part of 30A. This community enjoys beach access across the street and a community pool.

PET FRIENDLY WITH STIPULATIONS
We welcome well trained non-shedding dogs to stay in this home. If traveling with a pet, please note that a non-refundable pet fee will be added after booking. We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate Trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00. ADDITIONAL PET FEE APPLIES & IS COLLECTED AFTER BOOKING IS MADE.


INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Wedding Anniversary

Really enjoyed our stay at Blue Haven. The house is very beautiful, spacious, and clean. Close to the beach and restaurants/shops. The golf cart is an absolute must to zip around in. Check in and out process was easy. Property manager responded promptly. Would visit again!

We had a great stay at this beach house! The home was very clean, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Our family of four had plenty of space, especially our son who loved the 3 story bunk bed. The golf cart made it super easy to get to both the beach and the community pool, both of which are very close to the house. We also really appreciated the beach accessories that were available; it made our trips to the beach even more enjoyable. There was plenty of dish ware, including a blender, and plenty of towels. The only very small downside was that there wasn’t a grill at the house, but we had sweet nextdoor neighbors that were kind enough to let us borrow theirs. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!

Very nice

Overall it was a very nice place to stay. The golf cart and bicycles made it even better. We would come back. You should note that the beach access is limited to public access which is a small area. We did go to Topsail public beach one day and found much more room. Also, the listing mentioned a grill and there isn’t one. The bedrooms are all upstairs and very close together. The bathroom in the primary bedroom was fantastic.

Naturally beautiful beach in Santa Rosa

We had a nice time. The house is comfy and well equipped ( just missing some extra coffee muds and some extra hangers ) Locations is great but the Public beaches around the area are TOO FULL ALL THE TIME !!! . Too many new construction but little or limited public ocean /beach access. If I can visit this area again, I would make sure I get an ocean front place. Grayton Beach is beautiful and less crowded. Golf car and bikes are a plus. We had a fun time riding around town. Carpet in leaving room was very dirty, Master room bed comforted was dirty ( I washed myself ) other than that house was clean. A lot of light and nice furniture.

Spring break 2024

House is decent overall. I wouldn’t stay there again based on the fact they don’t have blackout shades or curtains in the bedrooms. The sun comes beaming in through the blinds early in the am. Also a fire detector started dying in the middle of the night. We had to call fire department to come out and replace the battery so we could sleep. Ceilings are too high to reach it and there was no ladder. Overall the place with total fees and taxes was too expensive for what we got. But beaches at 30a are gorgeous and we had a good time. Stinky’s fish camp was awesome food and even better service!
