Majestic Beach Resort is located in the true heart of Panama City Beach. It is within walking distance to many popular restaurants and attractions, including Dee's Hangout, Barefoot on the Beach Bar & Grill, Sunrise Cafe & Bakery, Firefly, Rock'it Lanes, Royal Escape Room, & Axe Throwing PCB and only 5 miles from Pier Park. The resort offers guests both indoor (heated) & outdoor pools, 3 hot tubs, adult waterfall pool, kiddie pool, poolside bar & grill, internet cafe & market, Starbucks, tennis/pickleball courts, covered parking, movie theatre, game room and fitness center!

This beautifully updated unit offers almost 900 square feet of coastal living space. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room offers ample, comfortable seating with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico, a large flat screen television, a pull-out sofa, and access to the unit's private balcony where you can dine overlooking the beach. There is also an indoor dining table that seats 4 and extra bar counter seating for 4 additional guests. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen television, and its own private ensuite. The bunk room, perfect for traveling with children, includes a second full bathroom with walk-in shower. The unit also has a washing machine and dryer.

Important Notes:
- There is an additional one-time Registration Fee of $40 (subject to change) required to be paid prior to arrival. This Registration Fee also includes 1 parking pass. This fee is in addition to the reservation fee and is paid directly to the resort. A link for registration and payment will be provided via email prior to your arrival. A second Parking Pass may be purchased for an additional $40, except from June 29-July 27. During this period, only 1 vehicle is permitted. No additional on-site parking is allowed due to HOA restrictions. Additional parking is available in a nearby public lot with a daily or weekly fee.
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.
- Please note, there is an exterior security camera/doorbell on site.

This was our first time staying at Majestic and overall we are very pleased. The unit was exactly as described. Very clean and taken care of. The view is perfect on the 7th floor. The elevators are super fast. We will definitely be staying here again.

This property is as advertised. It's comfortable, clean and was a good landing spot for my family of five while my boys participated in a baseball tournament nearby. Most of our teammates stayed in these condo towers, which allowed the children to play together on the beach of take advantage of other amenities on site. It's also close to lots of activities.

This rental was very clean. Everything worked for my wife and I. Very easy checking in AND out. We checked in at exactly 4:01 pm. The code worked, the wireless worked. Everything close by. Very enjoyable Loved the spa and jacuzzi in the unit.

Very nice condo!

Ver nice condo with a great location. The Majestic as a whole was great. The cleanliness of the room was ok. Lots of dust, no make up towels given, and there was a lot of nail clippings on the night stand in the bedroom and on the balcony floor. Other than that.. we enjoyed the condo alot!

Super cute. Clean. Had extra beach items for us which was nice. It’s on the strip, walking distance to some places. Our keypad went dead and I contacted the host and the response back and getting it fixed happened very quickly. I was very pleased.

Great location- looked like it wansnt cleaned or cleaned minimally the floor was grimy with sand.. found food crumbs in the living room.. cut toenails on the balcony.. the extra features of bogo deals was a good incentive if it rained but we didnt use any of them we would rather be on the beach. We had to evacuate for a false alarm waiting for the fire department to clear the building that disrupted our stay. Plates, glasses and silverware were dirty as well had to run them through the dishwasher before use. The view was beautiful but wish cleaning would have been priority for the cost of stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property its self was in a great location. All amenities were available minus the theater, which is ok we were notified with signs through facility. Upon arrive to the unit, we noticed bathtub had dirty foot prints, we wiped out ourselves. Couches and chairs multiple wrappers/trash found that didn’t belong to my party. Bathroom wallpaper held up with velcro, mold in shower corners, hot/cold water handles switched in shower. Kitchen supplies limited, lacking in bowls, sheet pan. While this property is provide a beautiful view and extra chairs and sand toys. I did have to score it lower as it laced of cleanliness and needing to be maintained. Overall I would stay at this complex again, just choose another unit.

Cute place, clean, and functional for our family of four. Property management is highly responsive and friendly. Views are fantastic. Only constructive feedback is the main bed was very firm.About the Property: Parking is easy, though be aware the entire third level (where the cross walk is located) is reserved. We only used the indoor pool, which was nice and warm, but having the extra options was a plus. Security is very present day and night - a good thing.About the Area: Majestic is located near many popular attractions and restaurants. We enjoyed Wonderworks, Coconut Creek, and Pineapple Willy's. Keep in mind this is a busier end of the beach, so it is louder outside. Expect to hear music from cars and the bar across the road until midnight or later.Suggestion: Including beach service in the rental rate would be an appreciated bonus and could be a draw to attract people.Overall, we would recommend staying here with the few notes in mind.

From the ease of the check in process to the overall unit itself, and the amenities that majestic has to offer... OUTSTANDING!! The only negative I will say is that the elevators got pretty log jammed on the day of our Checkout. Most of this was due to a large youth retreat that had arrived the day prior and it seemed to get really crowded. Otherwise, everything was great! Would highly recommend this unit and the resort in general.
