Beautiful single-family house "Panorama 2", 2 storeys. In the district of Čekadi 700 m from the centre of Labin, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 5 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 7'000 m2, beautiful garden with lawn, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 21.Mar. - 01.Nov.) with internal staircase. Ferienhaus Labin

Das Haus liegt schön erhaben mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Das Grundstück ist riesig, hat unserem Hund super gefallen. Es sind 800m bis in die Stadt, generell hat das Haus eine zentrale Lage. Die Zimmer sind klein und leider etwas dunkel. Für 2 Personen aber ok.

Ein hervorragendes Urlaubsdomizil. Das Anwesen ist etwas abgelegen und hervorragend zum Entspannen geeignet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe und zum Meer hat man es auch nicht weit. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Alles in einem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub und das Haus kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Traumhaft schöner Urlaub

Ein wunderschönes Haus in noch schönerer Umgebung. Die Aussicht aufs Meer und der Garten sind einfach traumhaft gewesen. Der sehr nette Vermieter kam jeden Morgen und machte den Pool sauber und kümmerte sich um die Blumen. Ein rundherum gelungener Urlaub in wunderschöner Umgebung

Schönes Haus mit tollem Ausblick

Das Haus ist nahe des Stadtzentrums von Labin. Das Haus ist etwas abgelegen und sehr ruhig und gut zum entspannen und Seele baumeln lassen geeignet. Für Fahrradfahrer eignet sich die Gegend ebenso sehr gut. Im Haus hat man absolute Privatsphäre. Toller Urlaub und absolut weiterzuempfehlen.

Sehr angenehmes Haus mit großrtigem Garten

Wirklich sehr guter Platz wie beschrieben. Der Garten und die Aussicht sowie die angenehme Ruhe und der Pool, haben schon sehr für Entspannung gesorgt. Das Haus ist sehr nett und bietet für 2 Personen genügend Platz, wobei man sich ja hauptsächlich im Garten und am Pool aufhält. Die Gastgeber Mr. XXX und Freundin sind sehr aufmerksam und haben den Geburtstag meiner Frau mit einer Torte verschönert. Das war sehr nett und auch sehr überraschend. Wir haben uns wirklich wohlgefühlt . Chr.

Wir haben mit 4 Erwachsenen dieses schöne Domizil besucht. Haus und Grundstück waren eine Augenweide.Wir haben sofort wohl und vom Vermieter empfangen gefühlt. Das Haus war sehr sauber, der Swimmingpool wurde jeden morgen vom Vermieter gereinigt , dass riesige Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt.alles in allem kann ich dieses Objekt jedem weiter empfelen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen : )

Der Name ist Programm

Das Grundstück ist ein Traum, der Blick aufs Meer hat uns jeden Morgen erfreut. Man öffnet das Tor zum Garten u fühlt sich bei dem Ausbluck als wäre man im Paradis. Der Pool ist groß und sauber. Das Haus ist alt u renoviert- völlig ausreichend, die Terasse haben wir jeden Abend genutzt. Die Anbindung ist gut, Geschäfte in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen und nach Rabac zum Meer ist es nicht weit. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend. Immer wieder gern.
