Das Haus ist sehr schön. Die Lage ist gut geeignet für Menschen, die einen ruhigen Urlaub verbringen möchten. Für den ein oder anderen wäre vielleicht wichtig zu wissen, dass es einige angefütterte Katzen gibt und im Ort und in der Umgebung viele frei laufende Hunde.Der Kontakt mit der Hausbetreuung war nicht einfach. Wir fühlten uns stellenweise nicht willkommen. Er war uns gegenüber sehr barsch bis manchmal sogar unhöflich. Wir wurden stark kritisiert (und zwar wiederholt), weil ein Licht zu lange eingeschaltet war. Es ist eine PVA vorhanden! Außerdem wurde verlangt, dass wir am Abreisetag früher abreisen, damit die nachfolgenden Gäste bei Bedarf früher anreisen können. Nur um zwei Beispiele zu nennen. Trotzdem war es ein schöner Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Häuschen und einem sehr schönen Land. PS: 1 Bad unten mit Dusche und 1 Bad oben mit Badewanne, leider nicht korrekt angegeben bei fewo

Das Haus ist wirklich traumhaft und sehr gut ausgestattet, bis ins kleinste Detail ist an alles gedacht. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, für uns perfekt. Der Pool ist wunderschön angelegt, insgesamt ist die ganze Anlage sehr schön und gepflegt. Auch die Fahrräder, die zur Verfügung stehen, haben uns sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Die Betreuung durch Franco und seine Frau war erstklassig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Es war für uns nahezu perfekt. Durch die Mauer und die Ortsrandlage ist man komplett für sich und einfach ungestört. Das Haus ist wie abgebildet, der Vermieter ist superfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Dorf kriegt man alles, was man für den Alltag benötigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir konnten durch und durch entspannen.

Liebe Familie Sifari, es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Wir haben während der drei Wochen Urlaub nichts vermisst. Besonders hat uns der Pool und das frische Obst und Gemüse von der Nachbarin gefallen. Bei Fragen konnten wir jederzeit auf Frankos Hilfe zählen. Besser kann ein Urlaub nicht sein.

Wunderschöne Villa - Marcus

Wir hatten das große Vergnügen, die Villa Milica vom 25.05.2024 bis zum 01.06.2024 als Familie mit drei Kindern zu bewohnen und wir können nur sagen: es war fantastisch! Die Villa ist ein echtes Juwel, das uns sofort mit seiner Ruhe und der Liebe zum Detail begeistert hat. Von der makellosen Sauberkeit bis hin zur geschmackvollen Einrichtung - jedes Detail der Villa strahlt eine liebevolle Fürsorge aus, die unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht hat. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und komfortabel, die Betten himmlisch bequem und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die gut ausgestattete Küche, die es uns ermöglichte, viele wunderbare Familienmahlzeiten zuzubereiten. Die Kinder haben den schönen Pool in vollen Zügen genossen, während wir Erwachsenen die friedliche Atmosphäre genießen konnten. Die ruhige Lage der Villa, abseits von jeglichem Trubel, hat uns ermöglicht, wirklich abzuschalten und die gemeinsame Zeit als Familie zu genießen. Ein weiteres Highlight war die herzliche Gastfreundschaft der Gastgeber, die uns mit hilfreichen Tipps und großer Herzlichkeit empfangen haben. Ihre Aufmerksamkeit und Freundlichkeit haben unseren Aufenthalt zusätzlich bereichert. Wir können die Villa Milica jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der auf der Suche nach einem entspannten, komfortablen und rundum gelungenen Urlaub ist. Vielen Dank für eine wunderbare Woche, die uns noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben wird!

Urige Villa perfekt für Natur Liebhaber und Hundebesitzer - Janina

Die Villa liegt sehr zentral, sodass man alle schönen Orte in kurzer Zeit erreichen kann. Wir waren zu viert und einem Hund in der Villa. Platz ist ausreichend vorhanden und man kann super mit dem Hund in der näheren Umgebung spazieren gehen. Die Küche ist mit allen ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und wir haben alle super geschlafen. Der Wasserdruck in der oberen Etage ist ein wenig gering. Zum Duschen eher nicht geeignet. Wir haben Abends oft draußen gesessen und die wundervollen Tage ausklingen lassen. Gerade für Hundebesitzer ist es hier einmalig, da man seinen Hund auch mal frei laufen lassen kann, da alle Hunde im Ort sozial sind. Außerdem gibt es hier einen herrlichen Wald mit sehr schönen Wanderwegen. Wir haben das total genossen. Wir haben sogar ein Lieblingsrestaurant gefunden *Restaurant Luna* in Prodol nicht weit entfernt. Ansonsten kann man auch super in Rovinj essen gehen und die besondere Atmosphäre genießen. Herr Sifari und seine Frau sind sehr liebe Menschen, die alles tun, damit man einen schönen Urlaub verbringen kann ❣️

Absolut zu empfehlen, bei diesem Haus sind nicht nur die Fotos toll, es entspricht wirklich eins zu eins den Bildern. Wir und unsere 4 Hunde die dabei waren haben uns einfach so wohlgefühlt:) Franko und seine Familie waren wunderbare Gastgeber, alleine wegen den dreien würden wir sofort wieder hinfahren.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub in der Villa Milica! Vom ersten Kontakt über die wirklich herzliche Begrüßung und Betreuung vor Ort durch Franko bis zum Abschied war alles perfekt! Franko ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber, er lebt wirklich noch Gastfreundschaft und man fühlt sich willkommen wie bei Freunden! Wir sind seit vielen Jahren leidenschaftliche Ferienhausurlauber und die Villa Milica gehört mit ihrer vollkommenen Ausstattung zu den Besten! Frank spricht sehr gut englisch und so konnten wir uns richtig gut unterhalten, Er hat uns sehr gutes Grillfleisch besorgt und die Nachbarin brachte uns Bio-Gemüse, Eier, Olivenöl usw. Im kleinen Laden im Ort bekommt man alles, was man sonst noch benötigt - der Laden erinnert mich an unseren Konsum in der DDR, nur mit nahezu komplettem Supermarktangebot :-) Das Haus ist bis in die letzte Ecke perfekt sauber, der Pool ist wunderschön und hatte Ende September auch noch ca. 24-25°C. Wir haben eine Woche die unglaubliche Ruhe genossen und waren auch viel unterwegs in Pula, Rovinj, Kap Kamenjak usw. - es ist alles gut mit dem Auto erreichbar und Franko hat uns auch viele gute Tipps für Restaurants gegeben. Wir können das Haus wirklich weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Liebe Grüße an Franko und Danke nochmal, dass du so einen wunderschönen Ort mit uns teilst!
