The Entertainment Room
This is the room where you can get away and have fun! The entertainment room is far enough away from all of the other bedrooms so you won’t disturb anyone in the house! Make it the kids bunk room, game room or where a group of friends watch the big game.

If you and your group love to cook up a storm, we’ve made sure that Panama Joe’s is fully stocked and has all the cooking basics you need to make a great meal!
Just bring your own food, and we’ll provide the rest:

-Newly renovated with all new stainless steel appliances, white subway tile backsplash and gorgeous white quartz countertops
-Comes completely stocked with all your cooking needs, including a huge selection of pots, pans, serving dishes, serving utensils and more.
-Full set of chef knives.
-All new stainless steel oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge
-Enough silverware and dishes for everyone in the family (the house sleeps 16 people, and we’ve never had anyone run out of items).
-a standard coffee pot, including coffee filters.
-Keurig coffee maker (there’s also an adorable mini Keurig in the master suite).
-Enjoy an early morning sunrise with fresh coffee on the front porch chairs (a family favorite).
-Full sized dishwasher, including dishwasher soap.

-Large electric griddle (great for cooking pancakes for a large crowd!).

Back Deck

Enjoy your morning coffee watching the sun rise on the lake. The lake is one in a series of rare coastal dune lakes that dot Bay County – you’ll only find this geographical phenomenon in a few places on earth!

Panama Joe’s is surprisingly close to everything! We are easily accessible by Uber (takes about 5 minutes for an Uber to show up).
Almost everything is within a short drive of Panama Joe’s:
1 minute to local favorites (Thomas Donuts and Ice Cream, Sunnyside Grille, The Carousel Grocery Store, Publix and Winn Dixie).
5 minutes to Pier Park and all its shops, attractions and restaurants (Target, WalMart, World Market, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Margaritaville, Five Guys, Old Navy, Longhorn, Olive Garden)
10 minutes to 30A (Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside, Watercolor).
15 minutes to the east end of Panama City Beach (Ripley’s Believe It Or Not Museum, Wonder Works, Club La Vela, Dolphin Cruises).
20 minutes to Panama City International airport.
30 minutes to Silver Sands Outlet Mall.
Guest access
At Panama Joe's, our guests have access to the entire house as well as all of the porches, back deck and side yard. The guests will also have access to the community amenities such as the pool overlooking the lake, the fire pit and a private beach access point.
Other things to note
There is plenty of room for parking. The driveway can fit four cars.
