Perfect for families

The house was beautiful. It had enough room to accommodate our guest of 10. The property manager responded quickly and fixed any of our concerns immediately.

Excellent house

We rented this house to enjoy with friends and family during my son’s college graduation. It was the perfect location by Bayside bars, restaurants, train station and shopping center. The location is safe and in a nice neighborhood. The pool was heated and ready for us upon arrival. The pool table was a big hit. This house was perfect for our needs and we would stay again if we needed a large space to host friends and family. However, the iPad system was a little tricky to figure out. We were confused on how to operate the lights, fans and shades but figured it out. I recommend that the owners provide a little more detailed information to be able to use the system. There was an info sheet posted near the front door but not able to carry through the home. The split A/C systems seemed to only operate in some rooms. The kitchen was equipped but we did not do any cooking. Some of the kitchen cabinets were hard to open. The house is huge and it appears some things need to be repaired like outdoor outlets. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Property manager was responsive and gave us a courtesy call to let us know when someone came to work on an outdoor issue. Overall, excellent stay for us. We made many memories in a very unique home that made my son’s graduation very memorable.
