Great condo, responsive owner

Great location and condo with good bedroom set-up for our family’s stay. Owner quickly responded on question we had at check-in. Kids loved the pool and tennis court!

Great Unit!

We love Breakwater Bay and have been coming here for years with friends who have a condo here. We are so happy we found this unit. The kids loved the bunk bedroom and the adults loved the screened-in porch with the stunning view. The unit is beautiful and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice Condo!

The condo was just as it was advertised. Lots of space for our group of 6 adults. So nice having 2 bathrooms. The screened in porch was great! Doug was very fast to reply to our questions. Location was good, about a 5-10 minute drive for most of the attractions. The pool was very close to the condo. We found a few items in the couch and under the beds buy overall very tidy and comfy! Lots of deer around the area. We would definitely go back and stay there again!

Passed the white glove test

I am very picky and usually end up cleaning almost every place we end up renting. This condo was so clean! No bugs or spider webs anywhere! Not even on the porch. It was so clean that we put our bags down and headed right to the pool. Everything you needed was at your finger tips and ready to use. The condo was adorable and we had such a relaxing enjoyable time! Thank you for a wonderful relaxing trip!

Spring Break 2022

This condo was amazing! Updated beautifully, comfortable, well stocked, and beautiful views. The weather was rainy and chilly (Spring Break) but we found plenty to do inside the condo. My three-year-old grandson was like Goldilocks with all the beds. I think he slept in nearly every one! This is my third time staying in this complex. Doug's unit is outstanding!
