**amazing condo in the best location!!!**
We purchased this piece of paradise because of its great location to the lakefront, pool, and all there is to do in Osage Beach. The condo is located in a very quiet, small, family friendly complex. This condo is recommended for quiet, responsible renters.
We are just a couple of miles from Margaritaville (formerly TanTara Resort) and the Landshark Lakeside Bar and Grill.

Location! Location! This condo has an amazing view of the MAIN channel. It is completely relaxing to sit on the shaded deck and listen to the water lap against the shore and watch the boats go by! The living room and the master bedroom have a wall of GLASS looking out at the amazing view. There are two large sliding glass doors in the living room and another door off of the master bedroom which allows direct access to the deck.
Breakwater Bay is located at the 22-mile marker, very close to our favorite hang out and restaurant Red Head Lakeside Grill.

We are super close to the pool that also sits overlooking the main channel. A beautiful deck running the length of the front of the pool is also a great place to enjoy the beautiful view!

The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a flat-screen tv. The master bathroom is attached.

The second bedroom features a queen bed and has its own access to a full bath.

The queen sofa sleeper provides extra sleep space if needed.

For all or you golfers, we are located in golf country! Our unit is 1 mile from Tan-Tar-A Resort, Dogwood Hills, and the Oaks. There are over 20 golf courses for you to choose from at the Lake!

Many putt-putt golf courses, go-carts, and water parks can keep you busy along with many parks and caves in the area just waiting to be explored!

Lake of the Ozarks has some of the best restaurants and nightlife around. Our condo is within a few miles of the 110 store Osage Village Factory Outlet Mall. You may choose to be busy with any of the activities at the Lake, or simply choose to spend your day relaxing at the condo, enjoying the view and the great pool. Choose to go out at night or enjoy the condo overlooking the moonlit lake. EVERY SEASON offers new beauty at the lake!

Great place!

We had a fabulous stay! The host had a ton of little amenities such as puzzles and games that made our stay extra enjoyable. The pool was nice and clean and everyone that lives there full time was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place! Very clean and comfy beds. Probably the most stocked place we have ever stayed in. The owner has thought of everything! The coffee bar was great!! Loved to have my morning coffee on the screened in porch watching the boats go by. The pool area was nice too. Would stay here again!

Great Weekend Getaway!

This was a great place to stay for a weekend at the lake! The condo unit was very clean and well maintained and has a nice view of the lake. It's also just a few short steps from the swimming pool. The only thing that I didn't like about the property is that I couldn't stay longer.

This was the 1st time we've rented this condo and we were extremely pleased! The condo is clean and very well appointed. Great view of the lake and very close to the pool. Elaina is great to work with and made sure the arrival process was seamless. We will be back in the future!

Excellent location and excellent owner

I can’t say enough good things about this property owner! Our original rental dates ended up during a loved one’s unexpected illness and passing. Elaina was so gracious to work with so we could stay later in the season. The unit was clean and felt like a home away from home. We loved the view and proximity to the pool, which we enjoyed every day. The neighboring renters were kind and cordial. Our only tiny critique would be we would have loved a little bit larger grill to fit the meat and veggies on at the same time. Such a minute detail compared to the awesome unit. Beds were incredibly comfortable and linens were very nice. 5 out of 5 stars!!!

Very pleasant stay

We enjoyed our stay, great location within the complex and close enough to lots of restaurants and stores. Definitely check out the brewery and moonshine place 2 miles away! Place could use some updates, super old stove and AC unit. AC unit was very very loud when it kicked on, was distracting at night until we figured out how to set it to stay on constantly. Adjacent units all had updated AC units, this one looks original! Overall very positive and we enjoyed the condo, pool and overall grounds.

Great Place for a family vacation

My Husband, my 12 year old daughter, 2 of her friends and myself stayed here 4 nights and felt right at home. Perfect location. Close to the pool. My husband fished off the dock every evening. Would definitely recommend to others.

Great property and great location! There were a couple things that needed fixing and/or could’ve been updated but other than that the unit had everything we needed. Communication and responses from Elaina were very prompt and the instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and accurate. Would rent this unit again.

Everything was perfect and we couldn’t have asked for a more accommodating host!

My husband, sister and brother in law, and niece stayed at the condo over the 4th of July. Everything was clean, organized, and flawless. Great location to the pool and local restaurants and water parks. We highly recommend!
