Black Mountain Cottage is a freshly renovated 2BR/2.5BA all-suite cottage, located minutes from downtown and picturesque hiking trails. Sip morning coffee on the charming front porch. Youll feel right at home in the modern kitchen, while the living room is a lovely social space with plenty of seating and contemporary ambience.

Ashevilles breweries and music venues are a short drive away. After a day of adventure, kick back in the tree-lined backyard.

LIVING AREA

High ceilings soar in the sunlit living room, furnished with a sleeper sofa and cozy armchairs. Settle in for a cinematic movie night on the 55 smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Shining stone countertops and stainless steel appliances invite your inner chef out to play in the well-equipped kitchen. A collection of helpful gadgets and plenty of cookware make meal preparation a breeze.

Instruments adorn the walls in the dining room. Serve your home-cooked dishes at a handsome table for six.

BED & BATH

The cottage sleeps up to six guests between two serene suites and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Both suites have a 32 smart TV.

Tranquility awaits in the primary suite, where youll find a plush queen bed. The en-suite bathroom features a bright double vanity and a walk-in shower.

Another comfy queen bed awaits in the guest suite. The attached bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

A half bath provides added convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

From the welcoming front porch to a private backyard with path lighting and tucked in the trees, this cottage offers delightful outdoor living areas. Make use of the gas grill and host a sunset cookout. Grab a seat on the patio to enjoy drinks and conversation.

Complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are provided. Parking is available for two cars in the driveway.

The home is equipped with mini-split air-conditioning units.

This single-level rental is accessed via four steps at the entryway.

The living room fireplace is not operational.

THE LOCATION

Black Mountain Cottage is 2.4 miles from downtown, where you'll find an array of restaurants, shops, and pretty Riverwalk Park. Hop on the Lookout Mountain trailhead in 4.8 miles, or head to Lake Tomahawk (3 miles) for top-notch fishing. Asheville is a favorite day trip destination, home to the historic Biltmore Estate, a thriving arts scene, and a number of microbreweries.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.




Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
