quiet place to relax

great. except for the rain. easy access, even for older folks like us. spacious kitchen, bathroom, and living room. plenty room to store stuff and suitcases in the bedrooms. host very accommodating. Parking is at the street in front of the building. I would come back anytime.

Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war für den Preis ein regelrechtes Schnäppchen: Sie war sauber, groß, alles notwendige war vorhanden. Das Badezimmer war sehr groß mit einer Badewanne und großen Extra-Dusche. Einen Parkplatz gab es in der Nähe auf der Straße immer zu finden. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

Schöne Wohnung

Man erreicht einige Sehenswürdigkeiten von dort aus, man braucht aber unbedingt ein Auto. Die Wohnung ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht, sehr sauber, Dusche und Badewanne (groß). Herr Schaaf ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Ohne Auto nichts los.

Lage in einem 10 km von Neustadt - Mitte in einem Dorf an der Durchgangsstraße nicht so einladend. Auto musste aufdrehen Straße abgestellt werden. Ansonsten Aufenthalt befriedigend. Letztlich sollte in der Beschreibung der Wohnung darauf hingewiesen werden, ob der Vermieter an dr Pfalz-Card teilnimmt,da diese für Urlauber kostenlos ist und man damit viele Eintrittsgelder sparen bzw. ermäßigt bekommt.

Absolut top!

Herr Schaaf und seine Ferienwohnung sind in jeder Hinsicht empfehlenswert. Für jedes Problem war er ansprechbar und hat sogar bei meinem Autoproblem, ohne zu zögern, geholfen. Absolut herzlich. Die Wohnung ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Unser Urlaub war perfekt. Ein sehr netter Vermieter, eine tolle Ferienwohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sehr zentral gelegen. Tolle Ausflugsziele z.B. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wurde unseren Ansprüchen mehr als gerecht. Der Vermieter, Herr Schaaf, ist sehr freundlich und sehr darum bemüht, dass alles perfekt ist. Anders als bei anderen Ferienwohnungen sind hier Bettwäsche und Handtücher inklusive und müssen nicht als Paket hinzugebucht werden. Hier noch mal einen herzlichen Dank an Herrn Schaaf, wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Wir waren mit der Wohnung restlos zufrieden, sie war sehr sauber und die Ausstattung entsprach der Anzeige. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hat sich auch während unseres Aufenthaltes erkundigt, ob alles iO ist. Das bei den vorherigen Bewertungen angesprochene Parkproblem hatten wir nicht und konnten direkt vor dem Tor parken. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge in der Region optimal. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
