PRIVATE POOL
Pool heat is available for $550 + tax (April 1-May 31, September 1-October 31), only if temperatures are above 60°F even at night

PRIVATE SPA
This is an open-air spa, not an enclosed hot tub. Complimentary spa heat is provided year round however, because it is open-air, the desired water temperature may not always be achievable when outdoor temperatures—day and night—are below 60°F. Spa heat is most effective during mild or warmer weather conditions.
