The back deck set-up along the canal couldn't be more peaceful or in a better spot, right in between Copano Bay and Salt Lake. Multiple options for covered and uncovered relaxation, kayaks for your use, fish off the dock or park your boat/ use the boat lift. Fenced in St. Augustine yard.
Sleeps 10- main house is a 2/2 + fold out couch in living room. Guest house has king bed, fold out couch and full bathroom with addititional fridge. Tons of outdoor seating and space, covered and uncovered. Boat lift/ slip and amazing dock on the most peaceful canal. Room to park 3 vehicles and your boat trailer in the driveway! Full kitchen, multiple smart TVs, bbq pit, kayaks, and more!

******NOTE******
*The hot water is only available in the guest bathroom on the main house and the bathroom in the guest house.
*Please do not lock door handles, if a locksmith has to be called guests may be responsible for the expense
Upon booking, guest will receive a welcome email and manual. Best method of contact is through the booking platfrom messaging app but we also provide email and phone number as a back up
On the canal, in between Copano Bay and Salt Lake. 10-12 minutes from Downtown Rockport,
Guest will receive a unique door code to access property during their stay. Guest has access to everything on the property except for a locked storage shed by the driveway
Main house is 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with fold out couch in living room to sleep up to 6. Guest house has king bed, fold out couch and full bathroom with additional fridge and coffee maker to sleep an additional 4.

BYO Life Jacket: If you have your own life jacket, we encourage you to bring it with you.
Your maps application should get you to the house without any issues. Directions and address are included in the manual received via email upon booking

Relaxing Stay

We had a very relaxing time. All was as we expected and was clean. We had everything we needed to prepare meals and even used the crab traps to catch some crabs for dinner. The neighborhood is very quiet and we enjoyed several walks. We would definitely stay here again!

When things don’t work, right

Nice property other than things don’t work properly: much difficulty entering door codes & lockboxes had to open with pocket knife after 45 min. of trying in rain. No water pressure in master bathroom sink. No green lights on fishing dock as shown in pictures did not work. Foul odor in apt. bedroom shower, restroom sewer.

I can’t say enough about the outdoor space on the water. The fact that this place also has 2 structures makes it really nice for privacy and sleeping configurations. There is room to park your boat / trailer and 3 vehicles while your boat is on the lift or tied to the dock
