Wonderful 2 BR 2 BA Unit in Family Friendly Complex with a Huge Pool!

Located just two blocks from the beach but insulated from the noise of street, the Community of Our Place at the Beach is a peaceful retreat for those “in the know.” This very well-maintained complex boasts one of the largest pools in Ocean City and is conveniently located to explore all that Ocean City has to offer. Located near 104th street, you are close to many fantastic restaurants/bars such as Bull on the Beach, Liquid Assets and Lombardi’s to name a few. Entertainment such as miniature golf, go-carts, jet ski rentals, paddle boards and water parks are all just a short drive away. You’ll also love the proximity to the 94th street Mall for groceries and last-minute supplies.

The unit itself is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The owner has done numerous updates over the years and the pride of ownership shows. Throughout the unit you will find vinyl flooring. The large living room is perfect for relaxing and watching the large flat screen TV. There is a fully stocked kitchen with new granite countertops that is ready to cook those cost saving meals at home. The dining area provides ample seating for the family to enjoy meals together. The master bedroom has a queen bed and bedroom two has a double and two twin beds. There is also a queen sleeper unit. There is central air conditioning, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, flat screen TVs and of course wireless internet. The back porch is a wonderful retreat to relax after your fun filled day and has an outdoor TV. There are also 2 parking spots included with your rental!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
*This is a non-smoking/non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator.
* Two uncovered parking spots are provided.
* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 111th street.
* The outdoor pool is open between May 25th and September 22nd. There is no guard on duty in month of September.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Everything was great! The condo was very clean and had everything you would need dish and utensil wise! The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room and space for my family of 6! The only down fall was it is on the 3rd floor but we got use to it pretty quick

Very clean, comfortable and in a great location for a small family. Beds were comfortable, temperature was great, and a quick walk to the beach. Also, there is a large pool! We’d love to stay again!

Short walk to the beach. Very comfortable stay. Unit is on 3rd floor. Enjoyed time at beach as well as OCMD boardwalk, West Ocean City locations/restaurants and Assateague State Park.

The property was as advertised, plus extra amenities like family board games, cleaning supplies, plenty of blankets and pillows. This is silly, but I liked the large kitchen garbage can.

Great place to stay! Was very clean with modern updates. I did have to fix a minor sink clog in the bathroom, but nothing I don’t already do at home. The pool was awesome and very relaxing compared to the crowded beach.

Everything we wanted and needed

Our stay was wonderful. Kitchen had what we needed to cook and enjoy several meals. We enjoyed the game shelf and screened-in porch area. Beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Easy walk to the beach and convenient drive to everything. I would definitely recommend this rental for someone choosing ocean city.

Nice screened in patio with a ceiling fan. The pool is pretty big, but you need to get there early for a seat. It being on the third floor was a bit too much for me and my wife with 2 kids and all our stuff.

Perfect getaway

Everything went smoothly with this property. The communication was excellent. The condo was as expected. It was nicely decorated, comfortable, and had all the basic kitchen supplies we needed to cook breakfast and dinner. It worked well for our family. The kids loved the bunk beds. Close to the beach and we also loved the pool. Highly recommend!

Clean, quiet, comfortable, and convenient

The place was clean, quiet, and had a well stocked kitchen. It is comfortable, spacious, and decorated nicely. Very close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The shuttle bus stop is very close, affordable and convenient. The pool hrs were short and the water cool. The late check in time and early check out time was a little inconvenient. Not recommended for the elderly due to three flights of stairs. Overall a very nice place.

Enjoyed our stay very much although the place was not too clean when we arrived which surprised me since the reviews kept talking about cleanliness. The glass doors to the porch were filthy, there was sand piles on the porch and the shower in the master bedroom had pink slime along the bottom. The floors felt like they were not vacuumed. The unit itself is amazing and we had a wonderful time, it maybe time to look for a new cleaning service. Also, the microwave door was cracked and the kitchen cabinets are peeling, only mentioning because they were there when we arrived. Loved the pool and overall stay was great. Thank you.

Very quiet location on harbor side. Older condos but updated and clean. Pool is large and is open everyday from 10 to 7 which was awesome and it’s a 5 minute walk to the beach. No parties and late nite activities here. Unit is on 3rd floor which isn’t ideal if you packing for a family with 2 babies but it was very nice inside and we would definitely stay again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just spent a long weekend in this unit and we were extremely satisfied. It's clean, spacious and well appointed. Having the extra space on the porch was also really nice. This unit was stocked with supplies, i.e. paper towels, cleaning products, spices, sugar, coffee etc. and had plenty of pots/pans. It also came with the linen/towel package, which was so convenient! They even had boogie boards for the kids and a drying rack to hang towels out on the screened porch. The pool was awesome and big which was great since we had 17 year old boys with us and they could throw the football around in the pool without bothering anyone. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend booking direct with Benchmark Properties, they were fantastic!

Nice family stay

Overall it was a great stay for a family of five! The bunk bed has an extra trundle bed which was a great surprise! Very close to the beach (2 block walk). The beach chair found on the porch were also an added bonus because we forgot to bring ours. Plenty of space, board games, supplies to make you feel at home. The only issue we had was related to cleanliness of the property upon check-in. We had to clean the oven and tidy up the bathrooms. Thankfully there was an abundance of cleaning supplies. I informed the management company and I hope they will address it cleaning staff.

Clean and comfortable

Clean and comfortable. Exactly as described in the pictures. Conveniently located by a bus stop and walking distance to a grocery store and coffee shop. Manager was responsive to all my questions. We received a text prior to normal check in time and were able to get in earlier. Instructions were available for everything you needed except the tv. (Would have wanted some help since there were 3 different remotes). Beds were comfortable and kitchen area looked to be newly remodeled. Definitely a good experience.
