Our family had a nice stay at Caeousel. My kids enjoyed the ice rink, beach, and pools. Having a grocery store across the street was very convenient. The condo we stayed in worked out well for us. The beach view was a great way to wake up!

Overall, the stay was great and I would definitely book there again. However, when we first got there, we could feel gritty sand on the bottom of our feet that was not cleaned up from the people before us. Also, it was hard to use the closet in the room with the two queen beds because the room was so small that the one bed was right up against the closet. The shower off the master bedroom had very low shower pressure and both showers took a long time to get hot water. These were all things we could live with, but I thought management should be made aware of them from this review. Like I said, I would definitely book there again. The restaurant and lounge and beach bar downstairs was excellent. The ice-skating rink was spectacular and there is also a cute little bistro and gift shop right there in the building. My group really enjoyed the gas fire pits with the chairs around it almost every night we were there. The beach bus picks up right out front for a reasonable fair and got us to the boardwalk and back very easily. We had great views of the beach and also of the Bayside. We were on the ninth floor. Parking was hasslefree as well.

Beachfront properties can be challenging to keep completely sand-free, but the condo should have been thoroughly cleaned for your arrival. The second bedroom includes two queen beds to provide comfortable sleeping accommodations for larger groups. We recognize that this arrangement makes the space around the closet tighter, and we appreciate you pointing it out. The property was clean and the owners quickly responded when any issues came up. There were not many cooking pans/pots or utensils/silverware for eating in. We were 1 of 2 condos in the group and luckily the other condo had more kitchen supplies and did the cooking. Great view from both balconies.

Excellent beach view from the balcony! The four chairs made for enjoyable mornings and evenings. There was plenty of space for our family of four to spread out. Most of the amenities were excellent (bathrooms, kitchen, air conditioning, etc.). The WiFi signal was great in the bedrooms, but it was not very reliable in the main room or on the balcony. Also, it would have been nice for there to be some instructions for operating the TVs; it took some trial and error to figure out which remote controlled which functions. Overall, I would recommend this listing to others, and I would stay again.

The property manager was responsive prior to check-in and accommodated our early check-in, which we appreciated. The condo was spacious, had a great ocean view, and indoor pool was a plus for the kids.However, the unit did not match the listing photos, and overall cleanliness and preparedness were below expectations. The bedsheets were dark (unlike the listing), did not smell clean, and the master bed had visible marks. We had to wash all sheets upon arrival. The master bed also only had two pillows with cases; additional pillows had no pillowcases, making them unusable.While the condo listing stated that towels, tissues, paper towels and dishwashing supplies were not included, other essentials were also missing and not disclosed, such as bathroom mats and extra trash bags. This resulted in multiple trips to the store throughout our stay.Cleanliness was an issue. The balcony furniture was extremely dusty, to the point that my toddler’s clothes were covered in dust after brief contact. We had to clean it ourselves before use.There were several maintenance concerns: a rusty kettle, non-working TV remote in one room, and lamps with dead bulbs. Additionally, the ice rink (one of the reasons we chose this property) was only operational for part of our stayOverall, the experience felt underprepared and not guest-focused. Even if certain supplies are not provided, basic items like trash bags, bathroom mats (for safety), working lights and functional equipment should be standard

Disappointing

The description of the property online was deceiving stating that the unit was 'completely renovated". A renovated property does not have large pieces of paint hanging from the ceiling...probably water damage. A renovated property does not have multiple large areas of "black mold" on the ceiling of the second bedroom. A completely renovated property does not have grout crumbling on the floor in the master bathroom. The shower floor was dirty and could have been remedied with a little scrubbing. The overall appearance of the unit was dirty making it a very uncomfortable stay. We were very disappointed with the condition of the property. I would be embarrassed to charge the excessive amount of money that you charged for this unit. I would definitely never stay here again and would never recommend to anyone else to stay here. Do not rent this unit or stay in this hotel.

We always make sure to handle more significant updates and repairs at the end of the season to keep the property in great shape for future guests.
