Your cabin has some pretty sweet features, among them...

A private hot tub that is drained, sanitized and refilled after every visit along with a Smart HDTV for viewing while tubbing!

Brand new stainless steel appliances along with brand new cookware

Top of the line full house water filtration system so you will be bathing in and drinking the cleanest water possible

60 game classic arcade in a genuine Jack Daniels whiskey barrel with Ms Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, Galaga and 57 others (no quarters needed) : ) as well as board games and a ring toss game on private back deck

Three Smart TVs all with complimentary YouTube TV for live channel viewing and 300mbps high speed internet. One in living room, one in bedroom and one on the private and covered/screened in patio deck for viewing while tubbing, snacking or just relaxing.

KING size bed in the bedroom with super comfortable memory foam pillow top mattress to melt you to sleep

PLEASE TAKE NOTE: The 2nd bed is a PULL OUT FULL mattress in the COUCH in the living room for the kids (not super comfy for adults)

Full size Washer/Dryer with laundry detergent provided in case you need to do any laundry

Cook a romantic dinner in the full kitchen with provided pots, pans and utensils

Dishwasher with detergent provided for easy cleanup of that aforementioned romantic dinner : )

Cuddle up on the couch with the electric fireplace and watch TV or the trees swaying outside the window in the forest

You have a few choices for outside hang out spaces. There is a screened in private back deck with hot tub, wood swing, TV, ring toss game and table for cards or meals in addition to an uncovered front patio with Adirondack chairs as well as a pergola with additional chairs and a fire pit area

Oversized walk-in shower with two shower heads plus a wand with shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided

En suite bathroom with full size washer/dryer

There is a drip coffee maker with grinder in addition to a Keurig so please bring your own choice of coffee or K-cups. We supply dishwashing soap, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, fresh cotton linens, towels and a beautiful setting for making memories!

The cabin is located right off the dead end street (not a busy street) on a wooded acre hillside lot with elevated views of the woods from the back deck.

We love animals but absolutely NO PETS. You have full access to everything in the cabin, it is yours so please treat it with the respect it deserves. Like most cabins this one is on a well and septic system so please be mindful of water usage (if you take 30 minute showers there is a chance you will be without water for a time) and PLEASE DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING OTHER THAN TOILET PAPER DOWN THE TOILETS AND NO GREASE DOWN THE SINK!! Thank you!

We want there to be no surprises so please take the time to look through the photos and ask any questions you may have before booking. We want you to see and know what you would be getting if you should decide to stay with us. We promise to make your stay as enjoyable as possible!

This cabin is in the woods so you will highly likely occasionally hear critters like squirrels, raccoons, hawks, possums, woodpeckers, wild turkeys, songbirds and if you're lucky you might spot a bear! We have the cabin treated monthly for pests but again you are in the woods so there may be the occasional bug or dead bug body.

The road to the cabin is well paved and there are multiple outlets to get to different parts of the area depending on what the day's activities call for.

We love animals but absolutely NO PETS.

All guests MUST be 23 years or older unless there is a parent/guardian present. Message us if you do not meet this requirement and if you have previous positive reviews we will consider your request, thanks for your understanding.

If you plan to come and be loud and obnoxious and party then please do not rent this cabin.

Please limit smoking to the front porch where there is an ashtray bucket. If our housekeepers find evidence of smoking in the cabin or on the back deck you will be charged $100.

Please plan on leaving the cabin in the same condition you found it which should be clean and tidy, our housekeepers work very hard to create a cozy and inviting environment and we appreciate you being mindful of spills, messes and general common sense cleanliness!

SECOND CABIN AVAILABLE FOR LARGER GROUPS: Please contact us if you have a larger family or group and interested in renting the other cabin we have on the same street, each cabin will accommodate four guests that we recommend keeping to couples or families with smaller children.
