The fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the necessary appliances and cookware, is perfect for cooking up a delicious meal. The living room has comfortable seating, a game table and 75" TV is the perfect spot to kick back and relax after a day at the beach.



Step outside into the patio where you can soak up the sun and cool off with the canal breeze and enjoy feeding the turtles. The beach is just a short 5 minute walk away, so you can spend your days lounging on the soft white sands and swimming in the crystal-clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

We had a great week. I wish we would have known that you can't take a golf cart out of the neighborhood and you can't bring an outside golf cart in, at all. We usually rent a golf cart for the entire week and drive it everywhere for the week. We were not able to do that in this neighborhood. We still had an amazing time together. The house was clean and close to the pool. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds were comfortable.

Great location! Quiet, peacefully area with easy walk to the beach. Place was clean, comfortable and well stocked with all the essentials with great furniture. Got cold when we were there so we were not able to take advantage of all the amenities, but it had great private access to bar/restaurant with pool and bathrooms right at the beach. Also a nice big pool across the street but only 2 pools right now are heated. Owner was quick to respond and was very accommodating. We cant wait to go back when the weather is warmer!

Amazing stay. We ended up extending for a day. I wish we could have extended longer but we had other obligations. Perfect home away from home especially to escape the cold. 5 minute walk to the beach was more like 3 minutes (splitting hairs but that’s how close it is) we will definitely be reaching out to stay again especially after our baby is here. He’s going to love it. It’s hard to pick out what stood out the most when everything was lovely. Thanks for a wonderful stay Sam and your communication, we appreciate everything.
