House was perfect for a girls weekend at the beach! Despite us getting some bad weather, we had an amazing time. Close walk to the beach, great porch with a sun shade so you can sit out there even when it’s raining. Great time overall!

Cape Cod was a great family destination. Beaches beautiful, lots of restaurants. Traffic was crazy.

Great West Yarmouth Vacation Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay in West Yarmouth. This was our second time renting this home. We love the neighborhood and the short walk to the beach. The home could use some minor upgrades in furniture maintenance, however we are already looking forward to our next stay. The rental company has been a pleasure to work with after using another local company for several years prior.

Great location and beautiful home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: To no fault of the homeowners we had a visit from hurricane Erin and they closed the beaches. Not ideal for a summer vacation. Thankfully the house was centrally located so we enjoyed the pirate museum and sandwich glass museum and all the local restaurants.

Great Option for Multi-Generation Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property worked well for our family group of 10 (7 adults & 3 toddlers). A lot of the other places that slept 7 only had 1 bed for a married couple, with the rest being twin beds. So we loved this unit, which includes 2 kings — each with its own bathroom — & a queen. Location was great. We walked to the Baxter Ave beach (not ocean-fronting but the gentle waves were perfect for our toddlers). One day, we made a day trip to Nantucket on the high-speed ferry from nearby Hyannis. Another day, we did a Hyannis Whale Watcher Cruise, which was amazing - a highlight of our trip. A key asset of this property is that it has central air. A lot of the others I looked at did not.

What an amazing house! It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The pictures in the listing don’t do it justice. My family had an amazing stay here for the week, and we would definitely rent it again. Highly recommended!
